After looking at these reviews and getting a personal recommendation from a co-worker, had high hopes for this salon. But now I am taking my business elsewhere.I took my dog here twice, and both times she was nicked by the groomer’s clippers. Once on her face and once on the inside of her leg. I could have forgiven this if the groomer had come forward and at least been honest when this happened. But both times I only realized it after I paid and went home.After the first time, I figured I would give them a second chance. But seeing that they cut her twice in a row and neglected to at least notify me both times, I no longer trust this establishment to take care of my dog.

Nick and his crew do an amazing job! And just as important, our basset hounds love them!! I can just say “wanna go see Nick?” And they get so excited, start whining, running around and then jump into the car (and they hate to ride in the car?). Reasonably priced and great to work with!!

We love this location! We take our fur baby Togo and although he isn’t the friendliest with strangers, he always comes out super happy and satisfied! They tend to be booked many weeks ahead so make sure to plan accordingly. We have NEVER had a bad experience here and will continue to trust Togo in their care and grooming. Love y’all!

First time and had a great experience! Everyone was welcoming, professional, kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated the price range given before the service so I knew what to expect. They really went above and beyond! When I picked up Sammy, he was so calm and I’ve never seen him look or smell that good Definitely returning!!

And just like that they’ve done it again My baby is definitely happy with her grooming experience her coat is super soft and I have no idea what they used to bathe her but oh man does it smell good and her nails are PERFECT!! Nick and Stephan (sorry if I spelt that wrong) did amazing with drop off and pick up Nick took her straight in and was extremely patient with her and Stephan was so gentle and sweet with my baby handing her off to me I will never take her anywhere else can’t wait to bring her back to you guys again THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING CARE OF MY BABY!!

Love them! And so does Fraiser. Best groomers around. No bad reviews. If your dog is sick, take them to a vet. Don't expect Stephan and Nick to cure them....some of the hateful reviews are uncalled for....crazy people! Love you guys!

Nick and company are absolute gems. My little furry family members love hearing his name for nail trims. I cant contain them. They're so good with them. Prices are great. What more can you ask from a true local business. I will always be a customer.

Excellent groomers! I have been taking my little yorkie to Nick since he was 5 months old. They are really awesome, take so much care for my little fur baby! Not to mention they are all just really fine caring and loving human beings! I highly recommend and will never take my baby to anyone else!
