The guy working tonight is the only person I've seen twice in the same week, which to me is shocking! But in a good way. This QT is a few blocks over from My house, so it's my go to gas station. But every single time it's different people working which is just weird. Not that it matters this is my own personal opinion but I would like to see a firmilar face at my neighborhood gas station but it's a different one every day.
Anyways the guy working tonight is cool.

Normally have decent service at this location but the kitchen was very careless with my order. I asked for salt and pepper on my sandwhich and after getting home I dumped out a whole pile of it out of the sandwhich. It looked like the shaker lid fell while they were putting it on and didn’t care to remake the sandwhich. Pretty disappointing and ended up throwing most of it away.

This place is the lousiest gas station I’ve ever been to in my life. They have terrible customer service. And they also ID 50-year-old people. Which is absolutely preposterous. I have never met one individual that is 50 years old. That looks 21 or under never in my 50-year-old life. Do not do business with these people I do not recommend them. As far as I’m concerned, I will never do business with QT again and I do about 1000 to 1500 a month with them in gas with my company.

Why on a blistering hot day like today, is the ice cream products that you order on kiosk , not being served. The machine shows all ice cream products are unavailable. Are they really unavailable or is it the staff didn't want to deal with a lot of ice cream patrons?

It's one of the worst QT I've ever walked into, so unsanitary, so nasty that the fountain drink station has mold like all over the station, then the drink lever to dispense your dring had hair around it so nasty I couldn't get a fountain drink. If a fountain station is that dirty, I can only imagine how unsanitary their bathrooms never will I stop at that location. I'm not sure what the manager or the culture from the top on down is there, but someone needs to change it.

2 times in a row the card readers were not functioning properly. Once last week at the gas pump and once at the register tonight. Employee was kind of rude. People cutting in line, when I was obviously ahead of them. Truth, just a bad experience. Which is very common nowadays!!!!!! "GIVE ME SIX FEET" and stay out of my space!!!!!!

#### VILE REVOLTING PLACE... AVOID ###1/8TH OF AN INCH OF PEE ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR.... Coffee machines leaking all over the floor, presently we have 2 homeless grown men asking for quarters by the pumps, and a crack head shoplifting this place into oblivion...just rank...?

just an fyi, instead of a $1 holding fee, this gas station places a $175 initial holding fee on your card and then returns the difference of the actual gas you got

I had the worst experience with manager Gina W. Very rude and unprofessional. I go to QT and expect to get service with a smile, because that’s what they are known for… was very disappointed whenever I received the opposite, and witnessed other customers mistreated as wellWon’t ever be back to this location!
