Horrible experience! Was submitting a $5700 corporate business order and it had potential to turn into a much larger thousands of $$ on additional orders. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! After I shared with them my opinion of how poor my experience has been in this process and their absolutely POOR communication and response times, they decided they didn’t want to do business with me and CANCELED my order. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

I recently used the Spirit Store for our school PTSA and LOVED the entire process of setting the store up the way I wanted, to receiving the order ready to pass out!! The stickers on the shirts with everyone’s name on them made passing them out last period a complete BREEZE! Hands down, best service EVER!

everything seems great until problems are reported. I ordered 145 shirts, 2 in which were v neck. order was for a middle school PTA & delivered on 8/22/22. It took time to separate shirts and deliver them. I was contacted by 4 parents saying shirts were defective. I tried calling and found out that they close at 4pm. I reached out again when I was placing the 2nd school order to inform them of the 4 shirts because they have like a text thing in place and that is how I communicated with them when placing my first order. I let them know about the 4 shirts and they instructed me to go through this process of submitting pictures and i would get a response the same day. 2-3 days later I received an email stating that due to it being brought to their attention on 9/19/22, they were not going to replace or credit the shirts. I spoke with Becky, said her role was customer service when ask to speak to the manager she said that was her role too. Becky decided to tell me that it was my responsibility to do their quality control. That when she buys things from amazon she has to make sure she checks them out right away because if not she would not receive a refund from them. We all know that is incorrect information. She said i waited past 30 days which is also not correct to let then know. I tried to let them know that PTA is a volunteer position and not a full time job so we don’t do this as a daily thing. She said Kayla was the account manager ,mark was the production manager and they also declined to replace the shirts. I asked for quality control management and she said i could find that on a paper myself. Becky said that they check every singe shirt. I said, this was a quality control issue. They are not doing their job and to ruin a new customer relation for 4 shirts was crazy. I did find the paper quality control is initials RT and it does not state i need to do my own quality control. I have the sheet and the broucher and it states nothing of this information

Spirit Worx handled our 5th Grade shirts flawlessly. They were easy to work with, quick to reply to questions and delivered exactly what they said they would for a good price. The colors, fonts and design of the shirt was spot on and they were up front about how long it would take to deliver and delivered just when they said they would. Well done!

We have used Spiritworx several times and each time was a great experience. The design process is good. The ordering process is good. Prices are good. The customer service is terrific. I recommend them with no reservations.

We have had only positive experiences with Spiritworx. The design process, the ordering process, and the prices are all good, but the customer service has been terrific. Whether I am calling or emailing, I get prompt and courteous communication. We will be using them again next month!

Absolutely horrible experience with them. They had awful customer service and they lied to our organization representative saying she could apply a coupon later but then they denied it. Went to a long drawn out battle through the BBB and they just kept denying and delaying. Very early in the process I was on the phone with the manager, we were discussing things and it was not a heated conversation, I was not cursing or yelling, and he just hung up on me because he just didn't want to listen anymore. They have also made promises about shipments and been late when we have used them in other organizations There are literally thousands of T-shirt companies probably locally who can give you great customer service. Do not ever use SpiritWorx

Our school ordered from this company and had a horrible experience! We ordered based on the information provided about the shirt designs. The shirt designs were correct, however the $28 hoodie designs were incorrect. Our girls ended up with non-glitter "boy" hoodies and our boys ended up with glittery "girl" hoodies. The company refused to correct their mistake unless we placed a new order of 12 or more per design. So essentially, our parents wasted $30 by the time we paid the taxes and this company did NOTHING to correct their mistake. I will never order from them again!!! I would have given the review no stars, if that would have been the option!
