Poor customer service and communication, painfully slow shipping (months to almost a year for some parts). Custom Toyota parts are high quality, but unpredictable delivery forced me to change my builds twice now. I wish I could advocate for Tandem to Toyota clubs, but the service doesn't back it up and the stories will be cautionary.

Fantastic experience with the Tandem team. They took great care of my GX460 and have my business for life. Very friendly and informative group. It’s a bonus that they handle everything from oil changes to engine swaps.

The guys at Tandem did a perfect job installing a lift kit on my 2020 GX. I told them a specific timeline I needed everything done and they delivered!! I couldn’t be happier!

I have used Tandem in the past. Service was slow then, but at least it was communicated. I requested a Transfer case rebuild on August 23rd. It is Sept 5th, and LAEL just replied if I wanted to order the rebuild kit. You cannot leave a message; everything has to be done via text. Just giving a heads up to new customers. IT TAKES JUST SECONDS TO GIVE SOMEONE AN UPDATE.

My 4runner has been notoriously hard to align and has never been right since I lifted it. Tandem aligned it and it's like a new truck. It's never driven this good. Let another man touch my vehicle? Sick! Sometimes it's ok though. I like to watch.These guys know what they're doing and they're really cool. I like to do my own work but they are the only ones I trust.They brought me into the shop while it was still on the rack and showed me everything they did. Their alignment guy is a perfectionist.Edit: Ha! Their only negative reviews are where they got too busy. That's a good problem to have and a good sign.

I was referred to Tandem as being the best shop in DFW for vintage Toyota trucks repair and upgrades. The guys (Alex and Pablo) were great. These guys are true Toyota truck enthusiasts. Very knowledgeable and passionate. They performed some major work on my ‘82 Toyota 4x4 truck and it runs GREAT. Very happy w Tandem and I highly recommend them.

Pablo and the crew installed my re-geared rear diff third member and front clamshell, ran the wiring harnesses for front and rear lockers and installed a rear diff extended breather in my third gen Tacoma. I'm a repeat customer (they did my cab-mount chop and pinch welds last year). These guys are hands-down the best off-road Toyota specialists in the metroplex. They do top-notch work and they know Toyotas. I'll never take my Tacoma anywhere else.

Went to see the guys at tandem to get an alignment on my 4Runner after a lift was installed. These guys are great. Met went with Joey and Pablo. They explained everything and got the job done quickly. I will return to them for any other Toyota needs.
