The Bunny Burrow Rabbit Rescue is an AMAZING rescue!! They put so much thought and care to each and every bunny that comes through. I adopted my bunny, Winnie (formerly November), from them in May 2024. Almost a year and a half later and I still receive any support from them I need! They also have everything you could need for a bunny there. They have the best bunny toys in store at a low price. There’s grooming and boarding by knowledgeable bunny owners, Winnie was boarded there and I was never worried about how she was being cared for! I couldn’t recommend this rescue to anyone enough who is looking to adopt a rabbit or needs anything for their rabbits.

I adopted my second bunny, Bayley (formally known as Brooke), from this wonderful rescue back in November, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The volunteers are incredibly knowledgeable and were very helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and making sure Bayley would be a great match for my first bunny, Chungus.
It’s now been six months, and Bayley and Chungus are fully bonded and thriving together. I’m so grateful for the guidance we received.
Another huge plus is their boarding service! We boarded our bunnies there during a vacation, and it’s been such a relief knowing they’re in good hands, especially at such a reasonable price.
This rescue truly cares about the well-being of every rabbit they take in and adopt out. I can’t recommend them enough!

I love this rescue. They take such great care of the bunnies. Their boarding is the cheapest place in the area and they give free food and litter during their stay.

Every person here is passionate and loving towards bunnies. They go above and beyond to care for them so they never feel neglected again. They have a process to adopt to ensure the bunnies will go to a proper home, and you can also buy rabbit supplies here! I also get my bunny Basil’s nails trimmed here. Couldn’t recommend enough! Note that they are only open on Saturdays to the public.

I have been so lucky to find this organization. They groomed my rescue rabbit and she was so happy after. Then I used them for boarding her for two weeks while I was out of the country and she did really well. If you are looking for a new pet, please check them out!

This place is awesome. They provide bunny care instruction, bunny-human and bunny-bunny matching services, bunny products, bunny boarding, AND they are a bunny rescue! I cannot say enough good things about this organization. I go to visit with the rabbits periodically and have also boarded my own bun here.

My friend was visiting me for a few days, and we both love bunnies (despite not having one LOL). Anyway, she found the Bunny Burrow and wanted to go volunteer there before leaving town. They are open on Saturdays from 10-2 for our store (they sell hay, bunny treats, & toys) and are APPOINTMENT ONLY for Adoptions. They are also available to board your bunny if you have a planned vacation! We volunteered on a Saturday from 9-12! Wonderful organization. They take great care of their bunnies and give nail clippings, have an assortment of treats, food and hay. Megan has wonderful recommendations for vets, and they have volunteers!

Excellent rabbit rescue serving the DFW area. We boarded our rabbit, Nova, for a week stay. She had the best time and I felt very comfortable knowing she had the best care.

Had another wonder interaction with the great people at The Bunny Burrow. We just boarded our 2 bunnies with them and the staff are always so wonderful when we drop off and pick up and we feel so comfortable knowing they will be well taken care of. This time they got some extra care when we got stuck overseas due to plane and crew issues and weren’t able to pick our buns up when originally scheduled. Megan was amazing in accommodating our buns until we were able to get back home. I love knowing they will get great care when we aren’t there. Thanks to Megan and everyone at Bunny Burrow for providing so much for so many buns!!

Love bunnies? This is your kind of place! Need boarding, grooming, food, pellets, toys or even a bunny? The Bunny Burrow Rescue is unfortunately the best kept secret around, help change that please. It’s a wonderful resource for bunny owners but not enough of us know about it. I thought it was a rescue but it’s bunny everything with a purpose. Here, you have the opportunity to use the same money you spend on your own bunny to help better the life of another. Yes, same money, no extra required. It’s a win for your bunny, a win for a bunny in need and a win for your heart. Money you would spend at a retail giant but…the food and hay quality is probably better than your currently getting for your money. Retail giants don’t board and groom bunnies either so we need to support a place that uses profit to save bunny lives right here in our area. There are at least 3 retail giants near me and many more between me and The Bunny Burrow, I’ll bet it’s the same for anyone reading this as well. Retail giants love our money but The Bunny Burrow loves bunnies and it shows in all they do. It’s the most amazing place with the most amazing people and bunnies. Need boarding, grooming, food, pellets, toys or a bunny? Here is where you need to go. Honestly, this is the place. If you or someone you know is looking for a a bunny again, this is honestly, the place. The Bunny Burrow Rescue doesn’t breed bunnies and they know the personality and demeanor of each bunny in their care. They want a good match for you and the bunny, a happily ever after. A breeder just wants you to pick one, leave your money and good luck with the bunny. I’m a bunny owner, not a volunteer or anything like like that. I gain nothing by this review except the hope to help them, help you and help a rescue bunny. Please “like” this organization, view their website, look at what they do, what they need or schedule a few minutes on a Saturday to go see the amazing bunny haven volunteers have worked so hard for. Who knows, you might even become one. I went there, there’s no pressure of any kind, just warm hearts and a lot of cute fuzzy noses. It’s worth your time, it’s worth your gas and it’s worth promoting. Do you, your heart, your bunny and other bunnies a favor…go, learn, promote, save.
