“So I don’t waste my time, I call ahead. The woman that answered the phone was extremely polite and professional. There’s only a few places that carry good pipe tobacco so my expectations were low. They carry “The Good Stuff”, which, if you know, is bargain tobacco and not that great. I told her if she stocks up on Captain Black(Any Dark Cavendish would suffice and there are cheaper brands, so if management sees this and meets halfway with some other brand that’s not as dry it’ll save me a trip to Crowley), I’ll be a loyal patron. I’ll check back in a week. I’m on probation, so I can’t smoke the other stuff they sell. ??♂️

“Bishop and 'MG' have been a delight and a reason I'll drive past other stores to visit them. Their prices have always been fair and I've always enjoyed the recommendations they provide for products. If they aren't familiar with an item they will ask their customers for feedback to help assist others.
If there is a product you want available at other stores or online they will look into ordering it for you. I've never felt disappointed with the items they have suggested and often find new favorites. I've moved to Saginaw since meeting Bishop and the store and yet I will still make the drive over due to the service and pricing.”

“Best cheapest price for pipe tobacco and cigarette tubes in town. But only have a few selections. Need to get more varieties and in stock. Lady worker was really nice and courteous. Paid $15 for 6 oz bag of pipe tobacco, 1.99 for Ace tubes. Don’t get Ace tubes, it breaks often. Zen is best.”

“This is hands down the Most comprehensive and complete store in the Entire Fort Worth Area!!!! Been coming here since 2020, had to relocate from Expensifornia. Went to at least 40 shops from Hurst, to Dallas up to Denton and even those little shops that looked like money laundering spots that are never open. Filters is the most like a Head Shop from the era when you went to the shop and didn’t buy it online. They have everything you’re gonna need at one place. It doesn’t look like a Baby Gap with all the same stuff from all the other shops that copy and paste each other. If you want a shop for Smokers… this is the one ☝️. My wife, likes to come in and check out their cases of awesome glass. They’ve got Fine art type pieces, I got butterfingers and have learned my lessons. It’s not a store full of Chinese knock off glass!! We all know that’s 8 of the 10 shops you walk into. Filters is worth the drive, it’s about 30 minutes from my house give or take traffic. I’ve never left without exactly what I needed and maybe I pick up a few extra things while I’m there.”

“Went in to transition from disposables to Mod vape. Ever since they outlawed my favorite brands of disposables they have become too expensive, if you can even find them. The first day I chose a Mod and they made me some juice. But when I got home I couldn't vape it because the nicotine was too high. I called and they had me come back in and they fixed everything. I am a very happy customer.”
