Excellent customer service and follow through. Rented a 6x12 enclosed "RV" trailer, as they call it, and the experience was excellent from pick up to drop off (and completed on same day). The UHaul employee meets you by the trailer and hooks it up for you at pick up and drop off. All you have to do is click on the text link which walks you through condition of trailer - very easy. The manager Jennifer was very polite and helpful, as this was for me an alternate location not originally chosen, she went above and beyond. Thank you.

The website and app didn't work with androids. The truck was dirty and the mileage was wrong. However attempting to load pictures would only allow for either a picture of mileage or the unclean truck. I eventually had Katlyn help me from the location, but even she couldn't get it to work. Not great experience with the app.And being charged 4 times is ridiculous. If prefer 1 hold of $100 versus a $35 hold, a $25 hold and a $70 hold just to charge me $95. ? My bank is holding $300 instead of the correct amount because of ALL the holds and the final actual charge.4 stars because the people here are great, the location itself is clean.

Worst experience especially with their rude customer service from the MANAGER JENNIFER. Highly recommend using atleast a different location unless you'd like unjustified charges and being disrespected. I was told that they'd call me back after researching and listening to the supposed recorded calls and NEVER EVEN GOT A CALL BACK but they surely completed my accounting with charges that are not justified. WARNING!

Returning equipment was fine but when I was there in the morning I was met with a very hostile morning crew it made me very uncomfortable and made it very difficult to secure my reservation and accused me of trying to steal one of there units before I had even purchased one regardless of the fact that'd I have been going for years due to those individuals I will most likely be using a different uhaul location and will definitely not recommend anyone use this location if there looking for a comfortable experience

There was a serious safety issue with the truck we rented. The tires were bald and there was headlight out. This only became apparent during a night rain in Fort Worth after the truck was loaded and very loose as it floated across the road. We drove at 30 MPH on the interstate and did not get back to return the truck until after 2am.Lic Plate AZ.AD56132177,000 milesI called the next day to register a complaint about the safety of truck. The customer service rep sounded responsive. I was told emails were sent to management and I would be hearing a response from local and regional leadership within 72 hours. I did not hear anything - no call or emails.I called again to register my safety complaint. Again I was told that leadership would follow up with me.Three days later I received a call from an indifferent manager from U-Haul Halstom City. The net of the frustrating conversation was a big F-U to me and my safety complaint.This is a lack of leadership, process and appropriate safety oversight. I am contacting BBB and TX DPS...this are issues that should not be brushed aside. This is not a plain customer service issue. And even if it was the the customer service at the location level was miserable.

BEWARE! Shady business practices and the truck smelled terrible!When you rent a truck, they will ask if 4 hours is enough time. This is where they will get you. If you are even a few minutes late, they will charge you a full extra day - NO EXCEPTIONS.Amy was the manager at the time. We were stuck in traffic and tried to call her only to get put on hold because they were busy. We waited on hold for 20 minutes and gave up figuring they must be slammed. When we made it back, there was no negotiating with her. She has your credit card number so there is nothing one can do except pay their exorbitant fee.Also, the truck they rented us smelled terrible. The smell could only be described as a combination of dead squirrels, farts and cigarette smoke. We had to operate with the windows rolled down and the smell stuck to our clothes. It was making everyone around us sick when other people smelled it on our clothes! I would be surprised if they ever clean their trucks. It was horrible!

I have been utilizing Uhaul for over a decade and I have never had an issues until this last rental! Jennifer is so unprofessional with no control of her emotions and a liar! Which mislead Amy who came off as rude, unprofessional, illiterate, ignorant, with absolutely no comprehension, she's also a liar. Refused to pull up my account information, so I could see how much I would have to pay to rent a storage. Kept quoting another balance that had nothing to do with me, but was OVERSTOOD and absolutely NOBODY disputed so she sounded slow. She lied and stated I was on a contract that I was not on that's why she was refusing to help. I felt as if they were being very condescending and they could possibly be racist in a trying time. I had to call 1800uhaul to get the answers I needed and the rep understood what I was asking the first time without me having to repeat myself. It was overall a very weird experience! New management needed.
