The place says that it is a drop_off and pick-up the UPS but that they do not take packages, the label is printed and the package is ready to send that it is better that they change their restrictions and rules that they have so you do not have to waste time even to ask

Extremely helpful team. First time using and access point by ups. Called to see if they were open on Easter and they were super nice even thought that may seem like a silly question. I even called back because I forgot to write fragile one my boxes i shipped and TRAVIS was welcoming to taking care of that for me. Didn’t even get any auto stuff but the team was still giving premium customer service. I’ve worked i. Retail my whole life and I really appreciate when stores give great service.
