It should be illegal for this place to say your package was delivered when it was not. This is the same complaint by hundreds of people and nothing ever changes here. How do I give zero stars?

It ridiculous I cant get something mailed out because they dont have change!!!
Not everyone pays with cards, people walk around with cash. And on a $8 envelope you cant get me change from a $20 bill. I agree with all the people saying this is one of the worst Post Office to go to

Mail delivered every other day which is understandable if there is a shortage of carriers but when checks and important documents are not being delivered it becomes a problem. Filed a complaint and mail stopped being delivered period. Never knew this could be a issue til moving to this area.

My daughter from another state mailed me a box of Mothers Day stuff that had priority and insured. So I was also informed when it would get here.
I'm enrolled in the mail delivery system that sends me daily of mail and packages I would be receiving. It stated my package had arrived (Monday). When I went to the parcel locker and it wasn't there. I went up and talked to the post office lady who said it's not there in there office and she would have to give my number to supervisor. I didn't receive a call back and here it is Friday. I'm starting to think one of 2 things. 1.) The mail man gave the locker key to another person in my apartment complex who decided to keep my box. Or 2.) The mailman kept my box instead of placing in the locker. So I filed a complaint today over the phone on the missing box. If I don't receive a call by Monday...I'm turning it in as stolen.

Yeah ive had out going mail in my mail box now forever 2 weeks that has still not been picked up and my flag has been raised they just throw mail on top one item of which was time sensitive and is now going to cost me $1000 a damaged cell phone that wants be returned within 15 days im furious

If you have issues with this location I highly recommend you filling a complaint with the 800 number. The Post Master at this location is useless. This is by far the worst PO I've ever dealt with, NO mail for 3 days at a business location, and they will not answer the phone. I like our regular carrier but when they are out the Subs cannot get this route completed its so commercial heavy and the Post Master is useless providing a solution.

3/24/25 Edit again. Once again. Informed delivery said mail coming. I had outgoing mail. Neither showed.
3/3/25 Edit. Once again. Flag up. No pick up. (Last week) I take the package down there. I record while in there. No Gloria. Thank goodness. The person behind the counter was actually pleasant. I explained to her the situation. She asked for my address and said she’d make a note and informed me that my “postal person doesn’t like to come to work” I told her that’s generally how you loose your job. She said, you’d think or something to that effect. I also received the wrong mail AGAIN Saturday. Wrong zip code. It has an apartment number. I live in a house. The street on it has one name mine has 2. I have outgoing mail today. We will see.
The service in office and by the postal carriers is horrible. My outgoing mail wasn’t picked up AGAIN. This is probably the 4th time in the past 6 months. I have threads of emails back and forth with the supervisor and from higher up. I’ve had other issues. (Standing in office for 20 minutes after being told the supervisor would be right with me when she said if I had another issue to come and speak with her. I said I could leave my number and was told to wait 🙄) Gloria is extremely rude, unprofessional and in my opinion unethical. If you are so miserable that you have to talk to people like trash, seek help. She’s spoken to me like trash ( calling me incompetent because I didn’t have an understanding of USPS procedures instead of educating me so there weren’t any more misconceptions or misunderstandings) , I’ve heard her speak to others in line the same way more than once. I also believe the reviews speak for themselves here.

Absolutely ridiculous! I haven’t received any mail at all since Saturday. I have two packages that have been “delivered.” That are sitting in some parcel locker somewhere and who knows when or if I will ever get them. Just shut this location down. I would happily drive to Mark IV, but they told me that it is not an option as long as this location remains open. Don’t even get me started on Gloria. I have had just as many horrible encounters with her as the rest of the reviewers.

Lost my mail. Had tracking and signature on it too. It never left the facility but yet it can't be found.
