I went few days ago for a package & they wouldn’t let me explain on what was going on and they wanted to throw it away. I went again today because i have been waiting on some mail since Thursday or friday. And i never got it. I went today to go check at the post office & gloria the one who was working today. Would talk over me and wouldn’t let me talk or explain or ask. So much bad customer service.

Unfortunately staff members (Gloria) does not have any customer service skills or communication skills aka people skills, wish she knew better you treat customers how you would like to be treated please do not go to this post office unless you to be treated unkind or be unprofessionally taken care of as a customer.

Miss Gloria is an awful woman ,a horrible woman. She insults us and treats us badly. She has treated me badly. She has not wanted to serve me and I have seen how she has yelled at other people. She speaks bad to the people that goes to the mail office. Especially those who speak Spanish. If I don't get my email it's her fault

Terrible service. Mrs. Gloria did not want to look for the information from a certified mail, nor send the mail that I carried, she attended to the Anglo-Saxon and African-American people who arrived after me. When another Hispanic woman arrived she refused to serve her and she was rude. When I complained to her, she damaged my email, yelled at me, insulted me, threatened me. She didn't want to help me and she didn't, the manager Thomas Nolen came out and far from helping her, he supported her and also refused to send my mail

It doesn't even deserve a star!! There is a person working here who is African American her name is Gloria! He is a person with little racist education! From the moment I entered he saw me bad! I carry my baby with me and from the moment I entered he said not to touch anything! at the momentto deliver my package and process my receipt he was arrogant he never said thank you to mehe threw away the receipt!! I hope she changes her attitude towards Latinos!!

Every time I go, including today, the ladies behind the counter are always unnecessarily rude and have awful customer service skills. I don't understand how one particular lady has been there for so long---it seems a lot of other reviews agree--- as she always stands out to be the rudest for no reason. It's genuinely sad.

Worst USPS location I’ve ever dealt with. Consistently don’t receive mail & when I complain, I’m told “I don’t know. Could be this, could be that but they never find out what the true problem is. I called USPS, not the location, to file a complaint only to be told they would have the location investigate the issue. Really?? THEY ARE the problem so nothing will be done. I’d give anything if I could have another location handle my mail.

Delivered a Christmas present to a parcel box which is just for apartments... I live in a residential house. Easy job where they match numbers and they failed. If you can't manage this job then you're hopeless in this world.

They closed out my PO Box without my knowledge or consent because someone asked for the number I had. They said it was a mistake and apologized and offered to hold my mail. Told me to come talk to the manager who is never there on the days I stop by. When I ask for my mail they claim I don't have any.

(Edited below to add more details)I had an absolute horrible experience there today. I hate saying this, but Gloria is an older woman there who clearly needs to retire. She can no longer handle working in customer service. Im sure she's put in a lot of great years, but she is out of control in the way she talks to people and above all, the way she handled my personal property today. She damaged something personal to me because she would not listen and tried to take over when another clerk was doing a great job assisting me already. She has 0 ability to listen to reason, and 0 respect for customers or coworkers. I don't care if she's been there 40 years. That is no reason to treat people with such disrespect. Todays experience with her was just unbelievable. I suggested she be moved, toanother area, but don't think she needs to be handling mail at all after what I saw today.(Im adding this second part for more details until my formal complaint is received)Such a horrible experience with Gloria on 12/14/23 damaging my mail, that I was sending. She was NOT the clerk even assisting me, and after listening to her talk to the lady ahead of me, instructing her to "get the envelope rack put back in order for her" I was glad not to be her next victim! She had NO right to damage my personal things. She jumped in on Sylvia who was kindly assisting me, Gloria I guess was trying to steal an extra USPS envelope to fold my things in, to put into my flat rate to "save me money". I didn't ask her for a discount OR help placing my items into the flat rate envelope. I'm quite capable. I only ask Sylvia to recommend the right one, I did not need any assistance sliding my mail into it. Gloria picked up my things and then went on to tell me, that I did not know how to do it and that she needed to do it for me.... She repeated the same to Sylvia several times, telling her that she can't let customers do it themselves, because they don't know what they're doing. Sylvia was quiet and professional the entire time, but by then, I'm thinking, WHAT in the world???? She then began damaging my mail, literally folding pieces and crumpling a personal letter up, that I specifically told her that I preferred NOT to fold. If the envelope was used appropriately, it did not need to be. After watching her attempt numerous times, I finally spoke up, I said, please stop, I will do it, you're wadding up my letter, and it was, not only folded, but wadded. She then literally started yelling at me in front of everyone and said "I KNOW what I'm doing, I've been doing it 40 years, and then said, well then she (referring to the other clerk Sylvia) can go on and charge you for the second envelope. So ridiculous!!! She is and has been beyond rude for years and gets away with it. Who is in charge of the USPS in Haltom City? Gloria? They don't have enough help because no one wants to work with her. Customers have had it, and reading the reviews sure tells the story. WHY is she still an employee there?? Why do we pay taxes to employee someone who is careless, rude and destructive? I tried three times to file a formal complaint and it won't even process. It must be clogged with complaints about Gloria. This is why I'm posting reviews in every place that I can. USPS, please stop this madness! You see this! You see the ratings for that location and why they are so low. Stop turning a blind eye! It's absurd to hear how she talks to every person that walks through the door like there are absolutely 0 consequences for her actions. It's ridiculous to see how far these reviews mostly about her go back and yet she's still there! Why? I even listen to her down talk her coworker, who kept completely quiet the whole time. It's offensive and unfair! To be honest, her behavior is abusive! It's abusive towards both those who spend their money there and to those who have to work with her and tolerate what Sylvia did. I'm tired of feeling harassed by her
