“Ducky's next door had closed down their bathrooms due to plumbing problems which have been resolved, but, when I popped my head in Ms. Fiona welcomed me in and allowed me to use the restroom without any hestitation. The restroom was very clean and when I left, Ms. Fiona welcomed me back any time and I plan to shop at her store because of her customer service the next time I'm in that area!!!”

“The amount of love I have for every diaso store I walk into is crazy. It's like a k-pop fan seeing the group outside of the concert venue. Alway clean, always helpful, always instock”

“Great store for Japanese based products. And the prices are very reasonable. I was able to find a lemon soda (Kirin) my brother and I liked when we lived in Japan in the early 70s. First time I've seen that soda outside of Japan.”

“This was my first time here and I was here to look for 35 mm film. As soon as I walked in the young lady who was working greeted me and offered to help me find anything I might be looking for. I told her I was looking for 35 mm film and she brought me right back to it and even quickly helped someone at the self-checkout line all in the matter of about 60 seconds. As soon as she was done helping me and the other customer she went right back to organizing the shelves and tidying up the store. I'm not sure if she was working alone because I didn't see anyone else but she was doing a great job multitasking and helping customers. This young lady deserves a raise and it was a great experience for someone who has never been in this store before. I visited on Friday, November 14th at approximately 11:00 a.m. Central time.”

“When you hear 99 cent store you might think of a store similar to the Dollar Tree. But it is closer to being a neighborhood convenience store. It's still pretty new, and have been open only (from what I can remember) over a year but less than 3. I think of it as an extension of the store across the street named Rocky's. Yeah it have a few items that would put it in the same league as the Dollar Tree, but all and all it's a nice convenience store. So, yes I would recommend my friends and family or even someone I just met to go check it out if you're wanting some quick zoom zooms and wham whams, (snacks, candy, and drinks)cold beer,or a pack of smokes. They also have some cool clothes. Hood printed tee shirts, shorts, fresh caps, and plenty of accessories to put together a nice ghetto fabulous outfit.(what did you expect? this is not the Gucci or Versace store) Last but not least you can go in and (do one of my favorite things) stick a few bucks in one of the exciting, entertaining, luck testing Life of Luxury video slots machines. To wrap this review up I think the Berry 99 Cent Store is a clean, convenient, satisfying store with regular convenience store prices that I would and do go to. But I would definitely try to go in with more than just 99 cent.”

“Dee is so helpful and friendly.
She doesn't hesitate for a second to help me from reaching to the item on high shelf, or going to the back and brings more boxes of merchandise and helps me find the size I need.

Today, I come early in the morning. Last time,I came later, there was so crowded in the store, the staff were always overworked.
They only schedule 2 employees at the time.

I'd like to make a suggestion to the upper management. If you want to protect your inventory, you should schedule 2 more or at least 1 more employee to help them out.

Every time I go in, I swear I’m only grabbing one thing… then suddenly I’m at the register with snacks, goofy tech gadgets, workout gear, a lava lamp I absolutely did not plan on, and some sour candy that’ll make your whole face do a U-turn. And it still somehow doesn’t break the bank — that’s the magic trick right there.

The store’s bright, fun, and wild in the best “I-might-find-something-awesome-for-$3” kinda way. Staff is friendly, shelves are packed like Tetris pros live in the back, and it’s just an easy place to feel good in. Perfect for grabbing gifts, little happiness boosters, or stuff your kids will freak out over.

Not everything’s life-changing… but honestly? It doesn’t need to be. It’s the kind of place that gives your brain a breather and your cart a goofy joyride.

Cheap thrills. Tiny treasures. Pure serotonin aisle by aisle.

And yes, I will absolutely be going back. My self-control didn’t make it past the squishmallow bin last time — I’m not expecting a miracle next round either ?”

“It's a great place to get Knick, knacks and cheaper electronic devices. Got all kinds of things in there. It feels like you're in a candy store and can't decide what to pick, but be careful because it can become addicting, wonderful, wonderful store.”

“I really like this store, but I'd love it more if it didn't always look like it was about to close for the night no matter what time I go in. Plus, this last time I went in, some of the staff were being loud and running around playing with each other. I'm all for having fun at work, but their behavior was a bit distracting.

Great prices and good items, though. I always love what I buy there.”

“The worker was greeting everyone at the entrance unlike people are saying on other reviews. Maybe they change the employee now. I usually got five below for my posters. I find the posters section was neatly managed than other below fives. They were organized on their corresponding numbers, which made it easier for me to find.”

“I had such a great experience. It was my first time at this location and a women named Destiny saw that I had my hands full with my two year old son and helped me bag my items. She was very welcoming and friendly. She also went to put my cart back for me. I have been to five below plenty of times at different locations and this was the first time someone went above and beyond.”

“Nice store where it at it is not where gps take u the only issue it take u build that has bank an few other store the building gps take u to it not where five below store is the store is actually same building as la Gran plaza mall if come in from street to front mall the five below store to right one small store on side rite of the mall have really look for it so other then map being wrong it seem like nice one employees as well”
