Probably the worst service ever from the pharmacistWas given the roundabout for an antibiotic, stating that the it would be ready the following day-any healthcare provider knows that they should be given ASAP. Then due to first time using this pharmacy they did not have insurance information. And I did not get a call.After sharing my concerns nicely, the pharmacist hung up on me… How professional

Worst Walgreens in the area. Waiting time is at least an 1 and 1/2 then they tell you it will be another 45 minutes. This is with nobody waiting inside but me. And 1 car in drive thru.

I needed to use the bathroom so bad and I didn't want to ask because I never do public bathrooms but today I asked an employee if I could use the bathroom the 1st employee said no because the bathroom is broken, and so I asked the cashier next if I could use the bathroom and she said no because the bathroom is broken and I asked her how long will it be till they fix it She said maybe a month so then I asked her where do you guys go to the bathroom and she says we have to walk across the street to Kentucky Fried Chicken to use the bathroom. I just can't see the pharmacist walking across the street to go use the bathroom or are they lying to their customers so they wont use the bathroom. I spend a lot of money there for my prescriptions, I am a loyal customer for about 25 years now. I went ahead and reported to their corporate office that their employees have to use the bathroom elsewhere.

This is the only game around after hours in the area, and they definitely run with it. It's always a complete s$&tshow when you come here to pick up your prescription. Decided to give it one more shot the other night. I though, "hmmm, maybe I'll get lucky". You see, EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, there's a f$$ing problem...usually it's: "Sorry sir, system can't seem to find your insurance, I'll try this...ope...sorry sir, can you call your insurance blah blah..."This doesn't happen ANYWHERE ELSE. This last trip, the pharmacist tells me : "I'm sorry, insurance won't cover amoxicillin right now, supplies are short and it's system wide, that'll be $40 please...it's on back order for 3 weeks".I had no choice but to get it. Next day, I ask other pharmacies: "ummm, there's no shortage...and even if there was, insurance would still cover it.."Either the pharmacist straight up lied, or had no clue what he was doing. Probably both, because everyone else in line was having problems too. Everyone in line ahead of me had to finagle about with the pharmacist over some issue or "situation". People in the drive through struggles to jump through various hoop just to do a task that should be simple: hand over their money and get their gd medicine......never again for me. I'll give my money to people who want to take it and not give me a bunch of grief over it...

Incredibly slow customer service. Took so long to get to the counter I missed my appointment time and I arrived 15 min early. Then found out they are out of covid primary series shots so it was all a total waste of time that I took off work to get the vaccine

I tried to get an update on Status of Current Prescriptions last month and was told it was ready in their Walgreens APP and upon the Tech that worked there that my script was ready - I drive almost 45 minutes because I live in the country. When I get there they tell me my script is not ready and I cannot pickup until the next day. Totally unacceptable.Today I try to get an update on my newest script for this month. I waited over an hour on the phone just to talk to someone. Once I did get someone all they could tell me was that they are reviewing the script and put me back into the same hold pattern as I was before - it always says that there are more than 3 people ahead of me and get stuck for another hour. This time when I waited, whoever is taking the calls hung up.. This happened twice today.I understand stress and being busy, but if you take care of business the first time - you wont get call backs and stressed Clients.This is the only 24 Hour pharmacy close to me, and this is why I go there.If there was a no star option for the pharmacy I would give that, but still giving the lowest as possible. Please hire the staff that you need and let people have a good feeling about using this Pharmacy. Not sure how anyone would give the pharmacy over a 1 star and if they are its just to manipulate the numbersWhats even more interesting is that my brother left a review last week and it is not there ???? Makes you wonder .. ??????

This location is understaffed. Probably the worst pharmacy Walgreens I've ever had to visit. COVID vaccines even with appointments take an hour to wait when they should be an easy walk in and out. Definitely do not recommend this location!

Every time I come here to pick up a prescription, there is always an issue. Unfortunately, they are the only 24 hour pharmacy around. Tonight I called to verify my daughters prescription and I was on hold for 25 minutes. It was quicker to drive here and of course wasn't ready. I talked to them on the phone and sat for 5 min before anyone even acknowledged I was there. It's been years and they haven't been able to figure out how to run things smoothly.

Drive threw staff are extremely rude. The rude experience I had was from a blonde hair lady. Don't recommend coming here ever. They need better staff.

Do not believe them both drive through lines are not open. They cleares the whole line 5 cars by the wondow before clearing 2 cars in the outside line. Horrible service next time guess i will just come in sick and share my germs better yet time to find a new pharmacy
