Very upset this branch doesn’t have a common sense to help it’s customers. Careful with their ATM’s. This location is leaves much to be desired from as a customer.

Don't bother showing up here. They will tell you they have appointments all day and refuse to see walk-ins. Honestly you'd be better off with a different bank all together.

The personal banker Mayra was so kind, professional and helpful with the dealings of my mom's estate. Best experience I've had in a bank in 20 years. She is a gem. Everyone was very polite. But I want to say that Mayra went way above and beyond in her customer service. I did attempt to call the branch manager to praise the amazing service but I wasn't able to reach them. So I'd love to hear from the branch manager Mr. Alvarez to make sure that this employee gets the customer appreciation.

The service manager Sherry Marie was extremely discriminating. I went in to cash a small Wells Fargo check, she looked at me up and down then looked at the check and said she would not cash my check. I then left and went to another Wells Fargo and they gladly cashed my small check with no questions asked. Worst experience I've ever had.

Stay away from this bank. Scheduled an appointment on a Saturday to wire funds to close on a new home, closing was scheduled for 10am Thursday morning. I was told the wire would be approved on Monday. I found out Wednesday after hours from the title company that the money was not wired. Apparently the banker forgot to approve the wire on Monday. Absolutely no call from the bank. Apparently they do not have the controls in place to secure major transactions such as funding a house prior to closing.

Not my favorite. Always seems to be a long line (before COVID) and not the best experience I always have had at other banks and credit unions. I go there when it is necessary. Ok, so you want details, I get it: 1. The staff we dealt with has seemed kind of know it all. 2. On more than one occasion they didn't treat us a valued customers. 3. It is always a long line and crowded (at least as luck would have it when we have to go). 4. There are numerous fees and other charges if you don't have a minimum balance, or have direct deposit. Not sure what else to say here, but for what it is worth, there are better choices to do your banking.
