Tellers are efficient and super nice. But don’t go this branch if you need to sit with a bank associate. Super slow attention and not very well trained to do their jobs correctly. One banking associate told me it was 30 min before her lunch break and wouldn’t have time to finish my request before then, so to come back on the afternoon!

Horrible place. Waited for 20 minutes after name on the list with their qr code. Received a message that we were 6 in line. But there was no one in the building. Made my way to the teller where I was told I had to see a banker. Banker walks up and says how can I help? Oh I can’t see you I have an appt in 2 hours! Do better Wells Fargo. Do better.

I like Wells Fargo but this location is my least favorite. Everything always takes way longer than it should here.

This past weekend 2 of 3 ATM’s were out of service. I managed to make 2 check deposit on 2-25-22 system had a glitch at least that’s what I was told. Today is 3-1-22 and they have my checks on hold. An error that clearly came from the ATM. I’ve spoke to the manager who wasn’t very helpful.

I called up there to get some information on a checking account. I talked to a banker by the name Maria. She was very rude and refused to help in any way. We will take our money to a bank that doesn’t employ such disrespectful people.

Absolutely the worst customer service and the bank manager is RUDE! Her last name is Matos!Trying to close my father's account after he passed away and she keeps changing details on what is needed. We want our 5600.out!

I get Covid has changed things. But it shouldn't make you act like I am a burden for needing to deposit a check that is over the mobile deposit limit.
