Horrible guy taking our order was so disrespectful and talking back to us and made my sandwich a 6 inch instead of a foot long I nicely told him it was supposed to be a foot long and said okay whatever I’ll make another 6inch And he was cooking my other half and then asked what else we wanted on our sandwich then said you can wait and got my other half out, need a new coworker and new guy bc he was to disrespectful, and didn’t care about his job at all and I hate to be the type of person doing this bc I work at chicken express

This is by far the best subway and CEFCO I have been too! I was immediately greeted my Jamie at the front counter. She then continued to go make my mobile order. I forgot to put toasted. She went out of her way to ask me if I wanted it toasted. As she was making the sandwich. All the employees were cleaning. I even seen one cleaning the nozzles on the drink station. Best sandwich. Good job Jamie !!!!!

Worst place to work, very toxic environment, i have no clue how the manager is the manager in that store.She has no clue what costumer service, work environment is. She was constantly harassing with sarcastic comments. Everyone is all day complaining of what the other person did or didn't do. Store is a joke....the Manger thinks she the store owner and can do whatever she feels like whenever she feels like...there's no reason to walk in a store and have to wait 5 min to be served...there either in the back of subway or outside smoking a socializing...they sure aren't cleaning nastiest store in town..that piece of flatbread that feel to the bottom of the bread holder been folded over at the bottom for over a week... eat fresh though right...

This is about cefco NOT subway... Went to subway on 7-18-23 @ cefco on RICE st and this happened. Could not believe what I was hearing coming from the cashier, Talking to a customer like she was a DOG.Just belittling her in front of the hole store, and WHY... The older lady that walks with a cane now, was short 3.45, SO, I stepped in and gave the money she needed, BUT then the cashier tried to DENY my money to help this person in need.The cashier GOT very very ANGRY at me for wanting to help this person, began to inform me that I did not understand the CIRCUMSTANCES, I said there are no circumstances, THE LADY NEEDS HELP, as I said in a loud voice.Then I told her that it is not her right to treat any person with such hate. The cashier was so very ANGRY, Then she took my money and then SLAMMED THE CHANGE ON THE COUNTER WITH GREAT ANGER BEHIND IT...THIS is not the first time I have witnessed this hateful behavior from a lot that work at this store. AND maybe the manager DOSE NOT want to do anything about the problem. ?NO one deserves this kind of treatment. STOP with the HATE to people that you deem unworthy to participate in life. AND if you can't serve the public with "Respect and Dignity" as a human, THEN LEAVE and STOP working there.There's more but it would be degrading to the older lady if I were to put it on here. so out of respect to her, I will not post it.Sorry i had to post this, It had to be said. it's the right thing to do as a human...This store only get a 0.1 out of five stars. But I had to put one star so i could post this complaint...

Subway staff was nice, sandwich topping options was limited and bad condition. Flies were everywhere. Store clerk of the gas station had a horrible attitude. Store was dirty

I won't ever come back to this place! I went into the store with my own personal cup is snow cup to get ice water! The ladie charged me a $1.50 for Ice water. When you can buy a bag of Ice for that what a rip off! What a way to run off potential business in the future.

LIGHT YEARS better than the 1960s disgusting Allsup's down the street, BUT not as great as it could be with a little attention to cleaning and maintenance details. Bathrooms needed some light cleaning, and the paper towel dispenser was broken in the women's toilet. A nice mix of neighborhood items and through-traveler pit-stop stuff, I'll stop here again for a head call and soda next time I'm in Hamilton. 4 stars could be an easy 5 with some cleaning and maintenance

Have eaten at the Subway several times and always been pleased. Small seating area inside and restrooms. Convience store with good stock.
