This company makes incredibly durable pants. I’ve had my ABR Pro, Apex pants and jeans for over 4 years. Used them for everyday clothing, outdoor activities, mechanic work and they still look mint. I only stopped wearing them because I had to size up, so I passed my old ones to my brother and he’s still using them. Amazing quality and longevity.

I have been meaning to write a review for the longest but I didn't have the manager name. Erika is the greatest, she goes above and beyond for her customer, every time I go to the store she doesn't disappoint. Whenever I need duty equipment that is my store to go, I will recommend if you are in the military or first responder, to visit this 5.11 store.

Typically when we go shopping my family and I expect regular run of the mill customer service. The typical greeting when you go in, then “let me know if you need help finding anything” and then they trot off to another part of the store almost disappearing into another universe.
Today was different. My girlfriend and I went into this location because she needed new work pants. We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. She went off to find the pants she normally wears and buys over when they break down. She noticed they didn’t have the pants she normally gets and went to ask about the pants. The ladies there, Erica and Gina were very friendly, welcoming and more than willing to help my girlfriend find pants. They were knowledgeable in their products, encouraged her to try on different pants to see how they fit, knew the different functionality of the pants and had job based recommendations. They were patient when she became overwhelmed with the different pants and even worked to find pants out of their inventory and other store locations. They assisted in finding pants that fit her body type and the movements she’d be doing for work. And they ensured she got the best bang for her buck. The attention they paid my girlfriend and help they gave her was above and beyond.

This was my first time at a 5.11 store. There were two employees there and they were fantastic. We had ordered pants online that didn’t fit, so we exchanged them at the store and had no issues at all. The newer employee was still learning the ropes but every customer was given the perfect amount of attention. The more experienced employee did not undermine the newer one when she had made a simple mistake and quickly corrected it and said, “It’s ok, I do it all the time.” Great to see respect given at all levels.

Other than the small selection of women’s tops, the pants are amazing. Got shoes from there too and they maybe pricey but it’s worth it.
