Went to the AT&T store in Harker Heights yesterday to get a new phone. As for the service I received from the minute i walked in, there was nothing to improve. I waited less than 5 mins. My sales rep Ashley (Stephens) Slaven was very efficient and friendly. Ashley offered me accessories also that would be beneficial for my new phone. She did everything to make sure my visit was seamless and that my phone was working and got all my suff transfered over to my new device which is a very important process for me. Very satisfied with the way Ashley made it all go smoothly. She also went over other products that AT&T has to offer. Will keep up with her for the home internet once its available in my area. As far as im concerned i believe she covered everything that AT&T has available for the customers. Ashley is very knowledgeable and i enjoyed being able to complete my transactions with her. She is definitely an asset to AT&T. Thank you Ashley.... I'm enjoying my new phone.
