The person who assisted me was very short with responses. He didn't provide exceptional customer service that I have received on multiple occasions at this store. I was told if I cross upgraded that the other line would be cut off, but I've done this multiple times and never had an issue. Once it was done, all of a sudden, he could do it with no issue. I expect honesty if I'm spending money and someone is making commission. Especially being a prior rep for AT&T and know that information was inaccurate.

My husband and I went into the store on November 26, 2023, for the iPhone trade-in special. Unfortunately, we dealt with Richard D; at least, that’s whose name is on my receipt. He was friendly and walked us through the process of paying off our old phones and trading them in. The store had no iPhone 15 Max Pro in stock, so we had to have the phones shipped to us. It was a quick and painless experience.We got our new phones but no shipping label to trade in our old phones. I was on the phone with AT&T for over an hour when the operator finally realized that Richard never put the trade-in on our account. We discussed with Richard the $1000 trade-in value for each phone and asked if we qualified. He never discussed the actual price, which we later learned was only $260 per phone. His lack of communication with the details of this trade-in was unsatisfactory. He never looked at our old phones or anything. Even the AT&T operator said that he should’ve looked at our phones and asked us questions about them before trading them in. Bad business AT&T!

Bad costumer service. Update my son’s phone and they put it in the wife’s account. Went 3 time to the store and the only option they have is to upgrade the phone of my wife with them when they don’t have the same offer that Sam's had.

Pretty lady helped me just fine. Tell your husband. 6 stars. Stopped my unknown appointment on Ft Cavasos. I would missed that appointment, and not gotten my phone replaced, had I not stopped in at AT&T at Market Heights. I didn't even know about it.

Your AT&T Associate Mallorie Green was great. She was helpful, informed, and skillfully addressed my concerns. I've been with AT&T well over 20+ years and rarely had such a good experience. She's a keeper. Great job!
