We had to change our veterinarian.I called Aztec Veterinarian.They got my cat in ASAP.The girls at ladies working at the front desk, were Super Nice and very professional.We (me and my pet) were called back in a very timely manner.They treated my pet so well.The Dr. and nurse helped us to feel at home and a place that. So we got great care and we off to take care of my pet.Thank you for everything that you all did.Letter 2Hello everybody. My pet was getting worse and they booked an appointment for my kitty.They treated her with great kindness.The staff all of them (from doctor to all staff).My kitty is slowly getting better and we are happy about the Love and Care that they showed use. We have a new veterinarian home for our Angel's.Thank you all for everything.GREAT JOB!!!

I had both of my dogs surgery 2 weeks apart. Each did really well. Doctor called on my first dog surgery but no call on my second dog. Staff was good and explained after surgery instructions.

Dr Keagan and the aztec ladies are amazing. He took such good care of my puppy. He gave me all options we could possibly do! He handled my puppy with care and gave me a lot of good information!

My former clinic closed and I was looking for a new vet to bring my dog to. This place is AWESOME, not only was the staff friendly and helpful, they were so good with caring for my little fur baby!!!! Also Dr. Vaden-Anderson was knowledgeable about any questions I had about my dog's health issue, will go again! I found my new fur baby's health care provider

Awesome DVM name is Stephanie & think last name starts with C (remember seeing it on med). She saved my sweet boys life a year ago! Long term steroids + Clavamox. There is a vet there I'd avoid like the plague. I am happy that me & Judy worked out our differences. Instead of posting negative review on here, I called her. We didn't agree in multiple ways, worked it out/moved on. She booked a QUICK appt next DVM. I wonder if that same Dr is there. He needs to see this doc AGAIN.'Unsure how long he was on these two meds but I noticed with the clavamox, he could eat much better so without paying so much for dental cleaning, I need to get him in to see her again to get the same until I could afford the expensive surgery for dental cleaning. 3 years ago I would have given one star.

I have been going to Aztec animal hospital for over a year now. I moved here with two elderly dogs and immediately got them in to establish care and one of my babies, Kayla Marie had severe arthritis and hip and joint problems and also had to be sedated just for a nail trim and Aztec staff was always so amazing with her and my other dog Gil. But Kayla Marie was 13 and we finally exhausted all treatments for her and it was time to let her go and Aztec was there for us and made a very painful loss a little more comforting. Stayed with us till the very end and even sent me her paw ? print and a card. I adopted another dog from the animal shelter a few months ago and took her in yesterday for ear infection and shots and established her care, and once again we had a very good experience and put on a good treatment plan. My sister and myself will only use Aztec because of the care we receive Everytime.

Receptionists, techs, and Doctor were very kind and patient with both me, my husband,and our pet, I called first thing in the morning for an emergency visit for my dog and I was met with kindness and a willingness to work with us to get our little one seen by a doctor. The Doctor and technician were also very quick and proficient while still taking the time to explain x-rays thoroughly and answer any questions we had. Top notch service and we will definitely be returning!

I absolutely LOVE Aztec Pet hospital!! Dr. Keegan is amazing with our cats ❤️ When the time came for Tiggi (first photo)to cross the rainbow bridge, Dr Keegan was so empathetic and kind. I recently brought our other cat, Bia (second photo), in. He did a thorough exam, explained what was going on and what his course of treatment would be. He made sure I understood what I needed to do when we went home and the meds she would need. All the staff are very kind, courteous, and very professional!! I will never take any of my floofs anywhere else!!

The center is very clean and appears to be well-staffed. I was greeted immediately upon entering, and called to be seen by the vet. the attendant and vet both listened to my concerns. the vet explained the options and cost and ask me what I would like to have done for my pup. We were in and out of there within 50 minutes, to include the scheduled follow-up appointment. They were very professional.

This vet clinic is not helpful. They have gone downhill in the last few years. Now, before they will even see your pet, you have to pay fees upfront just to get an appointment. They are all about the money not care for your loved pet. I spent $1,500 for basically them to do very little. I came up with a care plan, and my guys are slowly pulling through. I needed some supportive care for one kitten who wasn't doing as well as the others. She's maintaining. I asked if I could get sub q fluids and maybe an antibiotic for the kitten. They've seen her 3 times and know what's wrong with her. They wanted me to bring her in Again even though it would stress her. Then, the vet clinic Mgr gets on the line and tells me I need to think of a end of life plan and starts to quiz me about her quality of life? What? Anyway, they wouldn't budge. I took her to an emergency vet clinic later. They answered my questions, gave her the fluids, and helped with a continuing care plan. Aztec assumed the kitten was worse and that clinic Mgr didn't listen. The vet techs there are very nice but, I feel the vet's gave me sub par service.

Today I brought my dog in to get shots. My dog has previously been here to get neutered and it was no problem but today was different. I was brought back to a room and when the tech came in (he said he was new so at first I cut him some slack) my dog barked as he is protective of me and my family. He tech stood at the door and proceeded to say we are going to take his temp and weight however he does not feel comfortable taking my dogs temp because he doesn’t deal with aggressive dogs. He said that he didn’t want to get bitten by my dog. I told him my dog has never bitten anyone and has no signs of aggression he’s purely just barking as he was alerting me that someone has come into the room we were in. This guy didn’t try and pet my dog and eventually when he did after he said all those things he came with a clenched fist to have my dog sniff his hand. Idk just wasn’t the best experience today. The doc that came in was very sweet and he did get his shots done. The office ladies are always nice as well but the tech that took his temp and weight was not sweet to my dog. I’m not sure but I feel like vets should not be scared of dogs. But even after telling him that my dog is not aggressive his body language just felt like he didn’t want to be in that room with my dog and I.

Had to bring my bulldog in because she was not feeling well. Dr Vaden figured out the issue and got our Graycie all fixed up in not time. We am so thankful for Dr.Vaden and her team. They were so kind and the bedside manner is epic. I have never had such great service with our pets. Dr.Vaden is warm and attentive..a people person for sure.. a pet person more! You will love the help you get here. I will not bring my pets anywhere else. Thank you again!!!! 100 stars!!!
