These folks have been taken care of me and my household for a few years now. I’ve always had any of my electrical and battery questions answered quickly and clearly; I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve ever purchased here; all the personnel I’ve met at the store, have been kind, courteous, professional, proficient, and extremely helpful.
Prices are competitive and availability of the things I need are fairly certain.
Everything from flashlight batteries, vehicle, batteries, play, toy, batteries, chargers, tenders, etc.

The staff is very professional, they were able to replace my phone battery for my Samsung Galaxy A71 5G. Additionally they also had alternative battery for my Galaxy Grand Prime, despite being an old phone

Brought my friend to get a battery for her watch and Mason was very professional and since she lives in N.Y. (but they have stores there too?) she need a battery quick. So I told her about battery and bulbs because they have an awesome life time warranty if you pick that for your watch. That is what she picked.? Mason thank you for taking the time to look up places in N.Y. for her and explaining everything.

We called about new batteries for my handicap scooter and Nathan was the greatest in the world his customer service was out of this world. If we had more people in this world like Nathan we would be a much better world. Nathan is the greatest in the world Nathan is the GOAT. We think he is the best at what he does. God bless you Nathan. Excellent customer service! Got a spare key for my wife’s Nissan programmed and cut for 1/3 the price that other people quoted and works perfectly! Brought my own spare key but it looks like they possibly sell a variety of different ones if you need one.

We called and spoke to Mason regarding replacing the batteries in our iPhones. He said that it was no problem, and could do them both in an hour. We dropped the phones off with him, and picked them up in one hour, as he promised. Service, and courtesy like his, sadly, is all too rare in our society. He's a true credit to his generation, and your store.

This a terrible franchised store. They don’t honor the warranty batteries, they will give you the run around & take their time to take care of your issues. It’s going on over 3 weeks since we brought our batteries in they are still “checking them out”. We will never buy from them again!
