Always get the best service. The manager Jonathon always makes sure everything is perfect before I leave. Very thorough, telling me if there is an issue and how he can help. We have brought both cars in here for 3 years and will continue because of Jonathon and his Team!

I cannot recommend this establishment based on my recent experience. I brought my vehicle in for a routine brake service and subsequently discovered that the coolant reservoir had been damaged during the visit. The technician indicated that the facility is equipped with cameras and stated that the footage would be reviewed to determine whether any improper handling occurred. I did not receive any follow-up communication from this location.
Upon contacting corporate, I was informed that the cameras do not record, contrary to what was stated at the location. Corporate declined to accept responsibility for the damage.
My vehicle had no damage when I brought it into the shop, but when I picked it up, there was damage that had not been there before. This was very disappointing and affected my overall experience.

Professional, friendly, reasonable and quick. These guys treat you like an individual. They not only want your service, but they want you to come back and tell your friends and family about them. Well you won’t do that if the service is bad. This is the third time I have been here and every time I was treated like their dad, like they cared, like they wanted to do a good job, which they did. These guys will be my go to for any break or battery issues I have.for now on. 🙏

This has happened,
1st visit. Tried to get it to align. Failed so set toe. Customer leaves with vehicle, believing its aligned. Yet while observing the techs converse n discuss something amiss on alignment, techs decided to set toe-in adjustment let customer leave with questions. Was given print out for another vehicl. Nevertheless started investigating where the tech obviously had issues. Found mechanic that installed new parts had upper control arms wrong side. Customer personally corrected part miss match. Return to BC paid for 2nd alignment, never considered any warranty thought at all. So 2nd alignment was completed, now vehicle still not right n was told vehicle has chassis creaking. (Didnt when it arrived) still drives poorly and toe-in was set at .10 (factory spec 3.7-3.7) returned for 3rd trip to BC and was denied service on 2nd alignment adjustments that were released out of factory spec and vehicle still drives terribly. When it has never driven this poorly, ever. Tire are being wore with each mile driven.

DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS THEY WILL CHARGE U ALMOST $300 FOR JUST ONE TIRE THEY ALSO TAKE REALLY SLOW ON THEIR REFUND AND IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE OCT 29TH THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE

I didn’t even know this place existed. I went next door to get my low tire checked and it was going to be 2-3 hour wait. I parked in this parking lot to see what I can do elsewhere. The gentleman came to my car right away and after discussing what I needed, he said I can put your car in next to fix the tire. I was out in 1-1/2 hours and when I asked what was the charge, he said enjoy the rest of your day and Happy Thanksgiving. I was in shock! Great service. I made note and will definitely be going there from now on.

the customer service and transparency are the reason why I give 5 stars. despite the staff having to stay late to finish the job, and having to bring the car back for a few tweaks, the staff never displayed any negative attitude. that’s hard to find at a shop.

Second time bringing my Suburban in for an alignment. The online appointment process is super easy and the Techs were complete in warp speed time! I’ll continue to bring my business to Brake Check. They have the best prices in the area for either the 3 month or 3 year warranty.
