Cockroaches EVERYWHERE all over the drink area. I can not believe they have not been shut down yet. I've been twice and found big roaches and small roaches all over the drunk machines, the lids, coming in and out of the ice machine area. It is DISGUSTING!!!! HOW IS THIS ALLOWED?!?!

Just went into the store to grab a fountain drink and I saw a little roach near the dispensers absolutely disgusting I recommend to not buy any fountain drink nor the food they make.

They play music at the pumps in The Middle of the night way too loud no regard for the subdivision 200ft way, constant beeping all day and night, went in the other day and the cashier just walked away with a line of people waiting without saying anything Clearly this place is mismanaged, And they have no regard for the community. I wouldn't feel comfortable drinking the coffee or a fountain drink or any of the food.Their attitude is a reflection of their work ethic.
This place is not the neighborhood store you are looking for.

My fiancé went in to the store to grab somethings we needed . He stood in line and waited for the cashier . The cashier continued to be on her phone and acted like she couldn’t help him. She then helped someone who was in line behind him instead. That’s poor customer service and she don’t deserve her job if you want me to be honest. That’s so not right . Her customer service is poor and she ain’t even supposed to be on her phone to begin with . Don’t have to worry about our service no more though.

When the older gentleman works at night; I'm just gonna go down the road to buy my stuff. Tired of hearing him always complain when people ask him for certain product behind the counter. Don't come to work with attitude and expect people not wanna check your attitude.

Employees here have ZERO customer service. The attitudes you get are beyond ridiculous. I asked a guy who has since been fired, to take a drink off someone else's order I was sent to get. He got an attitude and told me to leave and I was trespassing...?? Nice try bud... A few days ago, 05/04/2023, my wife was charged full price while using the app feature for C4 buy one get one free. Total was 6+$, she told the guy no and he argued with her and told her to just pay it and it would take it off when she swiped. This went for about 2-3 minutes before another employee came and she redid the transaction and did it how my wife explained the manager had to do the day before... The little kid that just started needs to take a course in service before he pops off at the wrong person. I was literally twitching bc I wanted to say something to him but would have REALLY hurt his feelings... The person at the register when we walked in was having issues with him and was still there when we got to the register and they actually had to open a second register on account of the kid...just fire him before you get more backlash and negative review....?

At 5:55 a good employee single staff member working at the register help me afford a little rice crispy snack I had $5.00 but tax added a dollar he helped me out he should get a raise I come here often at night love this gas station!
