I am going to be closing my account because you have to make an appointment to speak to a banker every single time. This is ridiculous You guys need to get more people in there at least three bankers and if the banker isn't busy put them on a teller position it's not that difficult. I'm going to move my money I'm done with Chase You guys are terrible

Imagine sitting two yards away from the person you want to talk to, but you're separated by a wall with an open door. Then there's some poor woman frantically running between you and that person, essentially serving as a messenger between you both. Buuuut, while you know FULL AND WELL that you and the other person can hear each other clearly--through the OPEN DOOR, that person just can't find it in their little heart to get up and tell you how uninterested and unhelpful they plan on being to your face. :) A+ for customer service! A++ for how you utilize your employees!But no, seriously. I came into make an appointment and each time I agreed on a time and date that was already out of my way, the tablet lady kept coming back asking me to choose a new date. 3 times, 1 visit. I just got annoyed and left. Wasted the entirety of my lunch break.

This bank is ridiculous. Went in and was scheduled for a meet few hours later. I get a call later saying that Tyrell had to take a more important meeting so what time can I come in tomorrow? I tell her my preferred time and she states that there are no guarantees that I can be helped. This bank needs to be evaluated by someone who can make better changes. The lady who helps people as they walk in doesn’t know how to do her job properly and Tyrell just wants to help when it benefits him.

This is the worst branch I’ve ever been to. I’ve walked in three days in a row now, and all bankers were “busy.” I was told to come back the following day.I was never offered an appointment, I was told it was all walk ins only.. only to listen to three people check in today stating they had an appointment..Save yourself and take your banking needs elsewhere.

In March, I came in like usual to do a deposit and withdrawal. I realized a little bit later the teller did not do the deposit even though I never received the money back. Came in Carla said her tell was over but another women was missing the same amount. Stated they would reach out to me. They never did. Next week, I came in Barry said he would do investigation. Never happen. He led me on for months. Lie after lie. I had been banking with Chase for 19 years. Horrible experience for a bank to lose your money, and then give you around. They are insured and could've easily reimbursed me for their staff members mistake. They decided not too. Then for Barry to constantly gaslight me is crazy especially as a branch manager. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I called Chase to help my sister out with a hold on her account and the customer support guy said he’d transfer me and the next guy will tell me why the check was on hold. When he answered me he didn’t even say why the check was on hold. All he said was that your check is on hold and you won’t get the money for another week and hung up before I could ask a question

These people think they are the only game in town. Actually they are and they act like it. My wife and I tried to walk in and start a business account, they said we could not be seen unless we had an appointment. We were the only ones in the branch, they scheduled an appointment for a week later. no confirmation or reminder of the appointment. We tried for three hours to call to confirm the appointment, they never answered the phone. Found another national bank who valued our business, moved all of our deposits. Dont waste your time.

This branch is the worst. I've come in 1 day a week on my day off to make accounts for my teenagers and I am always told an excuse on why I can't be helped. I'm always told to make an appointment but none of the appointments are available after school hours. Driving to Austin to be better helped at another branch.

Went to open a business account. There at 9:10 was told by Gladys Stevens that it takes an hour to open account and that her next appointment was at 10:00 am. 1 person already had an account. Then asked if we could get assistance making an appointment with Abigail and she said we had to do it ourself through mobile app. We ended up making an appointment with Chase in Temple on Saturday. I felt that we could have been taken Care of with a little more effort. Really makes me not want to open my account. It was pure laziness and unwillingness to assist. Probably just wanted to sit in the back and drink her coffee. Very disappointed in their customer service.

The service and issues here are very poor, just like the years of low reviews say. (I don't know about the cashier, haven't used their services here)So many issues. Rude, contradicting instructions, do not answer the phone, poor maintenance, and much more.Good reviews use the silly excuse this chase is understaffed and the only chase in the area.There is no excuse for a bank that makes over 40billion a year.Solve the issues and put in staff that is respectful and competent.

Cindy helped me open a Chase Business Account. She was very courteous and answered any questions I had throughout the whole process. She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. She truly is amazing at what she does... Thank-you once again Cindy!!!

yes everything is easy with this bank, however the customer service just isn’t there. jessica was not helpful whatsoever, she came off very bitter. if you can bank somewhere else i would. they are not geared towards customer service and neither are their employees.i also wanna say there was another lady that i did not get the name of did not have a bitter attitude like that but unfortunately you remember the bad apples. i did attempt to call and speak to a manager a few times, however no answer. i resulted to this.
