“I love coming to Killeen and going to our local Carter's in Harker Heights, Tx. The staff is awesome, helpful and great girls all around. Makes our shopping experience amazing. Super clean store, friendly service and a great place to shop and great place to beat the heat. I get all my grandbabies beautiful clothing here while in town. I love this store. Sales are great too.”

“Store was good on style collections, kinda over filled where one rack was so stuffed I could barely get in between the hangers.The ladies that were at the register were not very good on customer service.One was on the phone having a personal conversation while people were waiting to be checked out.The other lady didn't speak to any of the customer's besides saying ( next) and kept talking to her coworker in spanish, when my total came up she just looked at me and I had to look on the keypad for the total and pay what I saw.I don't feel she was being rude she simply doesn't really speak English only Spanish. (*This is not a attack on Hispanic language or Spaniard decent if your a sensitive person!)But my opinion if your going to work in a place like that you have to know English because of the customer base.”
“Went to the makeup department and it was amazing customer service. She was so informative and patient with my 14 year old who had no idea what she wanted. She gave her multiple options and talked with her to pick out the best option. Would recommend over any of the other cosmetic places.”
