I understated that it was a busy night but, if someone is picking up a mobile order that's supposed to be ready @5:30, and they ask 3 different times on the status of the order only to get ignored, and forgotten about. This not only shows improper training, and a serious lack of management. I recieved my cookies over an hour later, only after another employee came up and asked who had been there the longest, and found and packed my order in 30 seconds. Cookies can only taste so good after an experience like that. I hope this review helps this location improve in the future.
