They are incredibly kind! My daughter and I went today and got both gel pedicures and manicures. Between the two of us we had John, Katie and ‘mama’. All three were incredibly kind, John apologized multiple times any time there was a lag or had to do something else. They included my daughter in conversation, it’s a very calm environment but they also make it very family oriented and friendly

I have been going to Cutie Nails on and off for about 15 years!! All 4 of my kiddos basically grew up going there. They are our favorite place to go.

I have been coming here for 10 years and counting! I absolutely love this place, and they have just gotten better and better. This shop is family owned and THAT makes all the difference. The owners ( Johnny and Katie ) are just so sweet and professional every time. I’ve gotten everything here and they never disappoint me. 😊😊😊😊

Looks can be deceiving. I was hesitant about going to cutie Nails however Ms Katie was professional upon my arrival. I explained my previous frustration from the nails shop I came from. She greeted me and ask me to wait while she completes the customer she was working on. 15 minutes later Katie called me and I told her what I wanted and she was able to do my mail to my liking. I appreciate her customer service and attention to detail ❤️

Listen up! I popped in today right after work, and automatically was welcomed. John and I discussed life while doing my nails and laughed alot. He was very gentle and did my nails perfectly. The time, and price was great. Im going back fosure. Family oriented

My teenage daughter Went two days ago and nails & pedicure look terrible! She wanted to try a new place and what a bad idea! Had to wait a long time just to be seen only to leave with polish all around her toes, and the nails paint job and acrylic is terrible. They even left the dip from her previous nail job saying they “couldn’t remove it” so you can see the blue from my previous nail job. So disappointing.
