I'd give this place ZERO STARS if I could do not waste your money. This was the WORST nail salon experience I have ever had. The staff was rude as ever! Most didn't seem to speak or understand English. My friend had to ask them to put down clean towels for our pedicures which were rushed after about a 30min wait. Waste of money!! I would never recommend this place nor will I ever go back.

This was my first visit to cutie nails. Mr. Johnny did a amazing job on my nails. His wife gave me a beautiful design. I love the family atmosphere. I will definitely be back. I tried this business out because it was close. I made an appointment. When I got there no one was there. I waited and finally a van with people came And someone signaled me in. There were dirty towels strewn all over and bugs by the pedicure chairs. They came in and cleaned up and sat me in a chair. Finally someone came, gave me a color swatch and started on my pedicure. It went OK except after having left I noticed he missed half of the toe nails on three toes . Next off for a manicure and a gentleman who said he was the owner sat me in a chair next to a horribly messy corner and started on my nails. They were dipped nails. He chatted away and finished. The nails were OK so I paid. The price and tip were high I thought. No price chart. Made another manicure appointment and this time he was busy and his wife did them. She came in only minutes before 11 and I picked a color. He talked me into Acrylic nails. She just started doing them. I had picked a color. She never one time talked to me. He went to take over and grabbed another color she gave him. The wrong one. I was tired of being there with kids distracting them from myself and everyone else (and I like kids) so I said nothing. Paid without a tip and left. My nails looked like chips of ugly paint on my fingers and not even shaped how I wanted them. They were so ugly!! Went to Oasis and got beautiful nails, great service and the color I wanted. Earned her a $15 tip! Too many mail places to go to this dirty, poorly ran one. Johnny was my first one and part of the last one.

I went to cutie nails for a fill on my full set. I came in about 30 minutes before closing and left about 45 minutes after they closed. There were a lot of things i didn’t like about my nails, one i said i wanted coffin, he did square, two he didn’t push my cuticles back so the acrylic was literally sitting on top of my skin, and three he put 5 layers of gel polish on my nails so they were super bulky. But like I said i was there way past closing so i was trying to be considerate of their time, I decided to just come back in the morning to get them fixed. So i did and the same guy was there he had a huge attitude and i was being very polite about it. During him fixing my nails i asked for a simple design (a line drawn down the middle of my nail) and he told me “i don’t do designs only my wife does” then i asked “So there’s nobody else here who can do it for me” he answered “no”. That exact same guy did my friends nails and she had about 5 different detailed designs, which shows i was being lied to. I work in customer service so i know how to be very polite which i was, at no point in time was i being rude, so now i am wondering why I was being lied to. I could also tell he was trying to rush my nails, so bad that i left out with cuts on my hands because of how rough and fast he was being. In conclusion i had a horrible experience i do not recommend this place at all, very unprofessional.Service: Acrylic nails

So I decided to give a new place a try and I stopped here at cutie nails. I will say the lady did a good job on my toe polish but I was very disappointed that no foot massage was offered. I even asked the owner if the lady doing my feet would massage them . He said yes since she didn’t speak any English. I sat and waited for the whole thing and then after she finished my gel polish she gets up and say we are done . I specifically went to get a pedicure to relax and who’s favorite part isn’t the massage. They claim the hot stones are their massage , well that hurt and it felt like she scrubbed my legs a few seconds and was done . I am just very disappointed The Whole point was to relax and unfortunately that was a very disappointing pedicure.Service: Pedicures

This is my second time at Cutie Nails. My first time was awful my acrylic nails were curved and ugly. I did not like at all. However I did enjoy my pedicure and decided to come back for a second time. This however was a big mistake. On Friday, October 1 my mom, sister and I went to pedicures. Upon ending our service it was time to pay just as the last time I came my sister and I were informed that we could pay using card or Zelle or another Payment app. We decided to use Zelle and used the information Anh gave us and checked before sending as well as looking at all the signs within the shop. Anh explained to us that we did not pay and that she did not recieve our money because she did not get a message or an email informing her that we had sent her a Zelle. We expressed to her that sometimes when we Zelle people it always does not show a message or an email but it will show in our bank account. We even showed her the transaction receipt which showed her information and the amount of money that was sent. She refused to accept this as proof and questioned our bank when we informed her that we banked with USAA she informed us that USAA does not directly deposit in minutes we said this may be true but it will deposit within 24 hours(in which it did). Still she refused to accept this and made us pay AGAIN. So we both paid 2x for a service that we only received once. Upon charging our cards she informed us that she would call us when the Zelle went through and that we could come back and bring our bank statements for a refund. I believe that is highly unacceptable. I should not have to come back and show a bank statement for proof when the business was the one that charged me twice. In addition one should not advertise Zelle as one of the payments when in actuality Zelle is not one that they actually accept this is false advertisement. It is now Sunday and the Zelle payment has been received by Friday, October 1 as of 5:51pm yet I have not been contacted. I do not recommend this place at all. The service was good but overpriced $48 for a pedicure not to mention they have their kids toys scattered all over the salon and one customer tripped on the toy and neither Johnny nor Ahn told the child to pick it up.Service: Pedicures

I'm happy to drive from Austin to Harker Heights because know Johny and Katie will do my nails just perfect! They always do beautiful work.
