I place an order three days in advance with her address in Belton TX which it said it can deliver, however on my mother's birthday they call last minute and tell me they couldn't because my mother didn't live in Belton. They disrespected my 73 year old mother on her birthday!! Now they wanna delay my money as if I'm returning when they never deliver. I'm in Cincinnati so it's hard for me to get something to my mom and on her birthday; now she wants nothing from edible arrangements anymore. That's just sad!!

The lady at the front was a cordial employee. My product came out good but not exceptional. The mug was beautiful and the strawberries were nice and big. The arrangement was also nicely done. The fruit was mostly fresh and tasted good. My girlfriend really liked it and pick up was very easy. Ordering online was also very convenient and easy to do. My complaints would be that one strawberry was going bad. Additionally, not ALL the strawberries were covered with chocolate as depicted in the advertisement. I paid extra to have the valentines day sprinkles and it would have been ideal to have all the strawberries uniform with the chocolate and the sprinkles as depicted in the picture.

My delivery came with wilted flowers most already dying. Chocolate melting. For the price you are paying for these items and delivery, this is not okay. I didn’t even attempt a refund as I read others had such a hard time and attitude came with it and that’s not worth my time but they won’t ever get my business again.

I will never deal with them again. I was supposed to get my arrangement for Valentine’s Day but the people didn’t even reach out to me to set a time for delivery. Instead they show up at 12 pm on a weekday where the average person is at work. Now they refuse to deliver it again and wont refund my son his money. Even though i never received the arrangement.

Never order from here they'll swap items without telling you and say they can't refund you because "you already received a product, regardless if it's the right one we can't refund only give you store credit" it's a joke of a business, the staff was extremely rude and had no idea what they were doing

My boyfriend got me valentines special with roses and chocolate covered strawberries will I’m so disappointed I know he paid really good money and my strawberries are very tiny and look old and my roses were almost dead and have mildew on the leaves. I love him for the thought shame shame shame on you. These are terrible. I will not recommend you to anybody.

My birthday was about a week ago and all I asked for were some chocolate covered strawberries. I didn’t get them for my birthday. After what felt like the longest day of work (and a stressful one) Today I walked in just before closing hoping I could get my hands on some. Jayla was so patient and kind while I asked a bunch of questions. Darlene also answered some questions and hooked me up and I’m so glad they were so kind. I’ve ordered here before but this time was just extra nice because it was a great interaction after a long hard day. I will continue to place orders here!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! I placed an order for a friend for her birthday. She was home all day and I received an email saying that they could not deliver. No door tag or phone call made! I paid $14 for delivery and when I called, the woman on the phone acted like she did not care and if I still wanted it that she would have to come pick it up. Very disappointed! And this is very unprofessional. She didn’t even attempt to contact the driver or see how they can make it right.

This was for my 25th wedding anniversary. I had high expectations for this process and my order. I spoke with Maria when placing my order. She was fantastic. She was very sweet, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed after speaking with Maria. On the day of my anniversary, I was very excited. The delivery driver showed up sometime late afternoon. She was nice enough. For whatever reasons, she only had half of my order. So I gave my wife half of the surprise. We then proceeded to wait for about 20 minutes as the driver went back to the store to get my other half of the surprise. We had the edible arrangements half, my wife proceeded to open and noticed something moving around inside the plastic wrapping covering the eats. Obviously, it was a flying bug of some kind walking and flying around on all the eats. Besides that, the eats were amateurishly crafted in my opinion. There was no wow moment. I called the store and told them about the bug. The interaction with the personnel that I talked to was like trying to pull teeth to get answers or remarks of some kind. I finally said that I need to talk to the boss. The boss was not there. I was told the boss would call me when they get in. I said ok. When the delivery driver showed back up, I had my wife video tape the interaction of me giving the eats back to the driver with the bug still in it. We also took photos and sent to the phone number that the personnel that I talked to on the phone told me to send to. The only thing we kept was the very expensive flowers, which were nicely done. I am somewhat of a patient person. So, no call from the boss that day. No call from the boss for almost a whole business week. So, I finally had to call and asked to talk to the boss. The personnel asked for me to hold and then came back with, we just refunded your money for the eats. I asked to speak to the boss again. The personnel stated that they refunded the money for the eats and sent me the invoice for the refund. The first person said it will be back in my acct same day and if not call back. Now, I know how the process works for refunds from merchants to the banks, it can take days. I figured I would do as the person stated. Of course it was not there. So I called back later and asked to speak to the boss and of course they were not available. I talked to a different person this time and she stated the same process for which I stated earlier about refunds. I told her that all I received in the email was just the invoice for the flowers they charged me for, not an invoice for the return. She replied with an attitude (that’s how I took it) that’s how they do it and your money will be in your acct 3-5 business days. I said we shall see (with an attitude in return). Money was in my acct this morning. This whole process took two days short of a full two weeks. No boss talking to me (trying to smooth things out, nothing). Absolutely poor customer service. Nothing. Notta. Zilch. Luckily enough for me, I understand that this is the typical interaction with people and businesses today (it’s a joke). Good thing for me, I don’t ever count on things being done with integrity and professionalism, and I had other plans made for the special day. This whole process was a complete waste of my time and money. I will never recommend this place.

Terrible service. I ordered same-day delivery online. When I went to the “track my order” link, it told me that my order had not even started being worked on yet and this was well into the next day. When I called the store the next day, they told me that the order had been attempted to be delivered and that the recipient said it was OK for it to come the next day. I wasn’t notified about any of this. The only information I had to go off of was the “track my order” link that was telling me my order hadn’t even been created. When I called the shop, the two women were very rushed, rude, and unhelpful. When I inquired about a refund for my same day shipping fee, they told me that it was the same fee for every type of delivery. When I placed the order online, that was not the case. Next day delivery was stated to be free and same-day delivery was for a fee. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

I don’t usually do reviews but whoever the manager is at this location was so nice and probably gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a business. She honestly deserves more than the 5 stars that I gave her.
