Needed help ordering checks, I received help from Natalie, she was the most courteous and pleasant person that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have been banking with ExtraCo for well over 40 years and whenever I need assistance she is there to help with a smile. She is very efficient and knowledgeable about all aspects of the banking system. Thank you ExtraCo for employing such a wonderful person.

As me and my wife walked in a young lady named Natalie greeted us with a smile willing to help. I came to open a account for my business. She happened to also be the lady who takes care of the business accounts. She answered all our questions and walked us through the paperwork and everything. And for the next few days made she opening my business account went smoothly. I live in Copperas Cove, Natalie managed to explain everything to the people at my local bank to help finish the final steps. Natalie was very professional and so nice she truly was a blessing made my experience great ??

I have been using Extraco Bank in Harker Heights for over 20 years. I want to take this opportunity to applaud Audriana, who typically handles my transactions in the early mornings and has been doing so for 6 months or so. She is always so friendly, refreshing, patient, helpful, cheerful, and caring and conveys to me that she is genuinely interested in assisting me. It's a pleasure to interact with her on the drive-thru in the mornings. Thank you Audriana!

Shirley H and Natalie W helped me out both times I've come up to the bank. I was able to open my first account and start a savings right away. I felt very welcomed and helped by these ladies. I was also overjoyed that the bank was able to take some old bonds and transfer them in to an account.
