Dr. Morales has been professional, respectful, and actually willing to listen to our concerns as parents. Most importantly, she was open to discussing and allowing us to try leucovorin as part of our child’s autism treatment plan.
In contrast, our experience at Killeen Medical Home was extremely disappointing. Instead of focusing on patient care, the provider dismissed our concerns outright and allowed personal political views to interfere with medical decision making. We weren’t given a fair discussion or options, just a refusal.
Healthcare should be about patients and families, not democrat bias. We’re grateful we made the switch to Harker Heights Medical Home.”
