My appointment was at 2 and they were extremely busy but they did a great job given the overload of vehicles they had the only reason I didn't give 10 was there isn't enough parking at the location to handle the overload of cars they have coming in , So just get these hard workers some more parking and you have a 10/10 location

Very friendly and helped us with all our concerns . They were able to fit us in their schedule with no problem and have us on the road as soon as possible.

-Majority of the staff was released early although there were many cars in the bay that needed to be serviced and customers waiting for the cars
-No one gave updates/status of my vehicle that was sitting there for almost two days
- Had to make numerous calls to the establishment in order to get a hold of someone
-No one contacted the dealership to order parts or to see what the issue was with my vehicle to get it fixed
-One staff member was on their phone at the front desk and wouldn't answer calls or help customers like myself and others that was waiting in line
-I was charged a diagnostic fee without being properly informed on what the actual issue was with my vehicle
Ever since John left this establishment, the service here has drastically deteriorated. I will no longer bring my vehicles to this establishment, let alone others to encounter the experiences I've had to endure within a month time span.

Horrible first experience with Firestone. I was told at 1255, "The technician is finishing up a tire alignment, and your car is next." At 1357 i was told that, "they said your car will be ready in 30 minutes". My car went into the bay 5 minutes after i was told itll be ready in 30 minutes. Then i asked to add a tire rotation because ive been here for this long already, and i know that 30 minutes was a lie because the 2 technicians just walked back from the gas station across the street at 1405. I dont know how they get estimated times when they haven't even looked at my car yet. I came in at 0930 because i had problems with 1 tire losing psi, then the added tire rotation, and i left at 1450

Too long, they tell you a maximum of two hours and it takes more than 4 hours, all the employees are wasting their time and no one cares that the customers are waiting.
I came to do alignment and balancing and they made me buy two new tires because otherwise they wouldn't do the service, when I had already spent 4 hours waiting.
Their service is really bad ?

Honestly wish I could put a negative star. I had the absolute worst experience here with 1 single employee Kaden. I was literally mocked and laughed at for not knowing to get my tires rotated and balanced every 2500-5000 miles. I went to pick up my keys and the kid literally did it right in front of me while asking for my keys. This was inappropriate, unappreciated and beyond embarrassing. I will NEVER give someone like him the time of day to get my business. Kaden you are pathetic and do not know everyone's story. Treat people with kindness instead of being a jerk. Could you imagine someone treating your mother this way?. I truly hope you have the day you deserve.

Terrible place. I've been there a few weeks ago to get an alignment. Rude employees and no customer service. Bad communication between mechanics in the shop and front office. My car sat parked for more than an hour after supposedly the service was done. Eventually I asked front desk for an update and they were just rude and dismissive. Finally someone came and told me its done and just handed me the key and no paperwork, its standard procedure after alignment they should provide before and after results. I asked for the paperwork, the guy disappeared and came back 20 minutes later and said the printer is out of paper, clearly was a lie since I could see printers running. I asked hit to email them to me and he pretended to do so, I told him I haven't received anything and he pretended to do it again, asked me to confirm my email but nothing came through. Went back and forth for a bit, they couldn't produce any papers with the work performed. Eventually I just left, with a strong feeling the alignment was not performed, and they just kept lying. What a waste!
