Just left out of there, standing in line for 5 minutes tellers taking pictures with the person dressed as a grinch and not even acknowledge me, just looked at me saw me standing there and continue to take pictures. Could of at least said someone will be with you in a minute. So,So sad.

Do not bank with them! They are absolutely awful!!! They do not care about you. They charge you for everything and lie about it. They will charge you for the same NSF fee multiple times. They will charge you for fees you didn't even know changed in their policy. Then they refuse to let you close your account and continue to charge you even more which should be absolutely illegal!0 stars. Absolutely horrible bank and customer service.

Tried to get two rolls of quarters from this bank here in the Walmart supercenter Harker Heights and they refused to let me give them $20 bill for two rolls of quarters because I don’t have an account not very convenient not very friendly

Can never gain access to the digital banking portion so that you can pay online and not have to pay service charge. Waited 23 minutes to speak with a representative in the online banking sector and she could not assist so told me I had to drive to the nearest bank which is 45 minutes to them set my online account up I will have to keep paying a fee to pay my bill!

First national bank Texas barker heights Texas is a very very clean facility, the employees are very clean in appearance, always dressed really nice, with positive upbeat pleasant attitudes and warm welcoming friendly smiles.they ate all very informative, financially knowledgeable and professional account advisors and offer the great assistance for any type of situation...I really like my bank the FIRST NATIONAL BANK TEXAS OF HARKER HEIGHTS and I am sure any one who prefers outstanding service would also like this bank...

Everytime I have came to my bank I have gotten money orders and they have made them available same day. I do this to pay Bill's. Me and my husband have seperate accts and military and have been doing it this way for years. Today I do my same routine and I am told no they cant a hold of 48hrs. Why is it ok to do it any other time and I've been banking w bank for years and now it's a no!! Inhave Bill's to pay.

This location is one of the best. I was standing in Wal-Mart money center line about to pay a fee to cash my check. One of the tellers walked over to me and was like hey you bank with us right and I was like yeah he was like you can cash your check with us I was like my account is negative. He told me it doesn't matter long as your account is open you can cash your check for free and we want make you pay your negative balance with your check we only do what you tell us. That made me feel very appreciated as a customer and I would tell anyone to bank with this location!!
