The drive through is AWFUL EVERYTIME!!!! You guys have to modernize. It is like waiting for a cavity to be filled. We have to park and wait outside for money that is ours already every time. What is the problem?? Time to switch banks!

Maybe it's time to close my account and choose another bank? Been sitting here for over 15 minutes and staying only 2 staff running the entire drive through and front but putting the walk inside as the last to be served as we stand here wasting my valuable time on the way to an appointment. Why are the Belton branches 1000x better at customer service?

Customer service here is terrible, the blonde manager needs to go back through training for customer service and learn how to talk to customers. We can take are cash anywhere. Y’all aren’t special.

Run for the hills!!!! I can’t believe this bank scammed me out of $14 within a month. They change banking requirements and still send paper statements for a fee even if you opt out prior. Now I want to cancel because of poor customer service and it’s a $24 closing fee. First time being robbed by a company. Who do I call for this? 0/5 stars. Save yourself the trouble.

This is a great bank, I've never had any issues with this bank. The employees are always so helpful and trying to ensure that everything you want to do gifts completed. I use a debit card system and I'm able to use it anywhere no charge is nothing. I always look forward to doing business with 1st national bank. Just a great bunch of people

Pulled into the drive thru at 3:42 PM. My forms were already filled out and signed and I sent them over immediately. I was greeted within one minute. I made a simple withdrawal of $300, but needed to use the drive thru as I wanted specific bills. However, my withdrawal form had the increments notated. I did not receive my cash until 4:07 PM. How come this is a constant problem? And how can Chase Bank (right next door) perform similar transactions within one to two minutes?

I haven't had any direct issues with this bank. I find that going inside is still as easy as the drive through. Any delays I've had is when they are helping customers thoroughly. I don't know about others, but it's a good place for when I go.

Got here right at closing. Grabbed the shuttle and started filling out my withdraw form. They raised the window. Called and they said they are closed. Asked if they wanted the shuttle back, they need to come get it.

Worst Bank in the world.Waited at the drive thur for 45min, line never moved. I was the 3rd people in line I left. You need help Thank God I dont bank there.
