After checking me in and no wait I was forced to wait because she was not comfortable cutting my hair..... Not sure if a military style cut or some sort of racism thing but it was definitely not professional

Evelyn did a great job on my toddlers' very first haircut. She was calm & patient. Surprisely, he sat still and even fell asleep in the chair. Evelyn is now our permanent barber for my son.

Good place for a quick hair cut. They dont offer any other services. Clean, friendly, quick service. I took my grandmother and they did a fantastic job at cutting her hair like how she asked! It had been over ten years since she arrived here to TX that she had not gotten the haircut she always asked for.

Hair stylist asked how I wanted my cut and still cut however she wanted,then got attitude with eye rolling and walked off. I emailed the company got a response and informed me that they would contact the owner.. Never got a resolution and it's been 3 months.. Very unprofessional and inexperienced employees and no management available ever..

My first time at this location and it was easy, enjoyable and I'd return again. The check in process online was very simple, everything was clean and the ladies were very friendly, great customer service.

Asked for a trim, no more than a 1/4 inch off. Damn near came out with a buzz cut. Asked her not to use clippers but insisted that the hair around my ears was hard to get to so now I have white walls. Turned my back to the mirror.
Great clips, Harker Heights Texas.

The girl who did my hair was inexperienced.
I told her exactly how I wanted my hair styled. I went in to have it blown out. Thats it. I had to tell her to please comb it out, she was blow drying it and was yanking my head due to not combing it out. She was blow drying it, barely, and She told me she was done,
So many staff replace with inexperienced staff and end the up heading to another hair shop
What a waste money

They don’t have a professional stylist, it’s a girl who looking for easy money
