Always make sure when picking up someone else's medicine, to have their health insurance card info, birthdate, Bin Number, ID Number, and name, and your ID.

Do not go thru the first drive thru if you have a SUV/truck unless you are able to open door & reach way down. Had back surgery & had to take pain pill become twisting to get meds. Not sure what they were thinking putting in such a low pull out.

Having experienced the wretched walgreens, CVS and heb pharmacy locations in Austin I eventually went to using smaller private pharmacies and was very satisfied with this alternative. When I moved up to Heights 2++ years ago I realized using an independent pharmacy would be challenging. So I re-tried walgreens (Bad Idea) then tried HEB short term while considering my options. This turned into long term because I was and remain remarkably impressed at the competence and customer service offered at this specific location. They have had to struggle with environmental constraints with their drive-thru and a small cramped work space and yet I have never witnessed anyone lose their cool and they have always been professional and polite in every interaction I have had with them be it face to face or on the phone.
Thank you to all the staff at the HEB Pharmacy Indian Trail. You are the best!

To slow only have one person attending window,,they need more people.the HEB in heights the pharmacy has two or three working window

All ways late with my medicine refill even when I call in early and all ways have ne sit down and wait 10-20m stating backed up when there only focusing on drive through tho even in drive through I have to wait 5-10m.

Honestly, since I worked here years ago,this heb is now considered the ghetto heb. It has replaced the ghetto heb in downtown killeen since that one closed.The people's attitudes have changed. Customer service has gone down. And the quality of items has gone down . Items I used to be able to find here have been discontinued. I have to drive to other locations to search for items that used to be readily available here. If you order curbside / delivery most of the times they forget items or say they are out of stock. Now, they will either replace items that are missing or issue a refund. So there's that. Considering this heb is close in location to my house its convenient. It can be a hassle sometimes, though.The only thing positive I can say is that the pharmacy is top notch when it comes to taking care of their customers.

Always quick and efficient, I just wish I knew how to update my phone number with them. I provided the phone number change to my doctor so I'm not sure why the phone number didn't change with the pharmacy. I don't get calls to tell me a prescription is ready so after I request it to be filed I just go the day after to pick it up. It's always ready by the day after a prescription is filed.

Well I was told my prescription would be delivered the same day. Waited and waited no prescriptions. Called next day and ask what happen no responds. I called and they put a women on the phone and she said we told you it would be delivered to day. Getting smart.Then it was later in the day I finally received the prescription. I ask the driver she said was not send out the day was suppose to be delivered. My point is we may be old and crept but that does not mean we would like to stay locked up in apartment and we go visit in the facility and they deside to deliver then we can not get our prescriptions. My appoint is if you can’t get the stuff out when you say sorry can’t get today it will be tomorrow don’t leave people hanging. and when Someone calls don’t be smart about it.
