I'm here now. I just got my pickup order. I pulled in to spot I381 and submitted the text for service. The associate came out and verified my info. Everything is going smooth. She comes back with the cart. Says "Here's your groceries as she pushes the cart right beside my door. The carr now blocking the path to actually open my door to load the groceries myself. While loading the groceries myself I decided to find out how curbside worked, because Im under the assumption thyre paid to load the vehicles too. Lo and behold, right there on HEB website. They're to load the vehicles. SmI guess I earned 1 service somehow. Maybe next time we can do better. Should've took a picture.

On the way to pickup my curbside order it was canceled.
I called and asked why and the woman I spoke to said because I didn’t pick it up the night before. I asked when did they stop holding an order since it’s been less than 24 hours.
She said they started implementing it because they need more space. I asked where does it say that on the site she said it doesn’t they just do it.
This isn’t posted anywhere online or at the store.

Sub par prepared food. My hubby wanted McDonald's. I told him for the same price we could get chicken at HEB. It was 12pm. I went in and got BBQ leg quarters, potato wedges and steamed frozen broccoli. I got a few other things too. $19.00 for all of it.
We got home. Made our plates only to find out the chicken was to dry to swallow. We had to break out BBQ sauce to eat it. Then so were the potato wedges. So dry, ketchup didn't help. I didn't eat mine. The cheesy broccoli from frozen was great.
We get these things about once a week. Usually we have no problem. I don't know what happened today. I was very disappointed but it was still healthier than McDonald's.
We'll obviously still come back as usually it's fine. I hope this was a one off.

My fiancee and I went here this Saturday 10/19/24 ,we had a pretty good size order. We went to this cashier Alexandria b. She was great but, there was no one to help her bag groceries at the register next to her was a bagger standing there not doing anything but taking drinks of water and joking around with the other cashier. We were hoping they would come help bag but again too busy chatting and bs. The managers no where in sight. They need to do better training.

The store is extremely busy and parking is a task. Once you manage that obstacle, it's smooth shopping from there on.
