The trimmer location is nearly completely with their renovations. I love the extended produce section and the moved the wine category plus added a cooler section with doors .Last trip they were working on the seafood market. Already getting ready for Easterselections. Some if not most isles are a bit wider .Additionally why not take the empty grassy area across the parking lot and turn it into a home and garden center and another section electronics bring back the photo booth, TV , gaming people always loved this store for it's Plus+ things even clothing selection

I was looking for a specific wine. I couldn’t remember the name of it. Only the shape of the bottle. I asked an employee for help and she was able to point me in the right section of the wines that wine would be in.

I want this complaint to go further than the "womans boss" who I spoke with yesterday. I came in yesterday to buy a birthday cake/candles and a snack. As I am ringing up the candles the sales associate walks up behind me to ask if I have paid for the cake. Obviously, I have not. I am literally in the process of ringing up my candles and then my intention would be to pick up the cake with both free hands and scan it. This interaction more or less turns into an interigation for absolutely no reason. I am literally scanning my items and she procedes to question me like I am doing something wrong. It is intrusive and uncalled for- she then hovers around me untill I am done. I was extremly uncomfertable and no customers should be treated like that. I am a 30 year old female who runs multiple businesses. My advice would be to let this employee go and advise the others they should maybe let customers ring up items before proceding to accuse them of things that are obviously not occuring. HEB failed on customer service yesterday. Thank god I do not live in Harker Heights. I definately will never shop there again.

Really like HEB when it comes to fruit, vegetables, flowers, bakery, wine and seafood over Walmart. Checkout can be short and easy or long depending on time of day and season

This has been one of my favorite locations. The German lady at the Bakery is the best, and I only get cakes here. I have been shopping here for about 20 years. I like that they are remodeling and expanding the product lines with more selection, especially the sales they were having to make way for the new products. I can’t wait to see the final result.I do agree that the customer service culture needs a boost. Some have lost their smile and sense of community for some reason, and need to care more about the customer’s feelings and needs. That being said, I want to thank two outstanding young ladies at Curbside. One for calling me when Mother picked up the order for her first time on Wednesday and didn’t know what to do; and the other for taking the time to speak with me on the phone and substituted a substitution for an item on Thanksgiving Eve.Even though I do not understand when customers reserve their available food through the app, the next day it is no longer available because of walk-ins, this lady, who sounded very tired probably from the holiday rush, went the extra mile and made sure I was happy with her new selection. (More truffle Mac and Cheese and roasted carrots, please!)On Thanksgiving, my family kept asking for more HEB sides, and that they didn’t need any meat, because the HEB dishes tasted really good! (I have added photos with the descriptions.). The serving sizes were correct, and we had leftovers.Kudos to HEB for not making the dressing too salty. That is hard to do.If I had to change one thing, it would be to add one more dollop of butter to the Brussel sprout-cabbage dish. Adding our own butter is no big deal. The HEB butter has seasoning whipped into it and it is a nice touch. My favorite dish was the organic frozen corn. They were sweet, and already cut in half in the package.I like that I can put more than one side in the oven, because they cook at the same temperature. I am already thinking about shopping again at HEB for Christmas … in person this time, especially if they bring back the awesome coupon!Thank you for making delicious ready-made oven food, HEB. It’s become my new guilty pleasure. Please think about increasing morale there. It will do everyone good. Thanks for listening.

Staff was helpful. I was looking for Turkey wings and there was none out so the woman working the meat section went to the back and got a whole box of them for me. My check o out process was quick and painless, only two people in front of me. Several lines open, unlike Walmart

Although I am a big HEB fan the HEB in Harker Heights is by far my least favorite store. I only come here if I absolutely need to otherwise I rather drive 13 miles to the HEB in Copperas Cove....why you asked? The staff at the deli section is inattentive often just ignoring the customer and rather conversating with one another or even turning their back at you then to acknowledge the customer. This is not a one time incident. Today I had a fairly nice staff member waiting on me but once I got home I noticed he gave me the wrong ham. I did not return it due to the hassle being greater than the reward.

This used to be a great place to get a decent price on ICE COLD beer, until they replaced their coolers. Now, I think it's worth paying a little extra at a convenience store.

As a disabled person, please for the love of God keep things in the same place. Quit reversing aisles. I understand the need for expansion and squeezing some aisles down, but the ones not effected are even being reversed. Quit this bad marketing psychology tactic.
