They have always been fast to get seen with, the pediatric team especially Dr. Morales is next level with their bedside manner and help. Definitely one of our favorite pediatricians we have seen so far.

0 stars if I could. This place is awful at answering the phone, they never return messages, they book your appointments incorrectly, they submit referrals incorrectly, and they make excuses about not being able to send paperwork out to a specialist when I was able to call Tricare and have them help instead. Dr. Morales rushes her appointments and does not listen to your concerns. She wants to be in and out. I recommend going anywhere but here. I will be switching places as soon as I can.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Had one of the doctors there not do their job and act judgmental towards me the entire time just to make me feel bad. I went there to get a PCP, never going again.

Loved the nurses and Major Moore is amazing. She has wonderful concern and knowledge of various ailments. I had in previous and so excited that she is back and is my primary doctor.

I recently visited the Harker Heights Medical Home Lab facility for a blood draw as part of my annual physical, and I had an amazing experience! Tonya was my specialist, and she absolutely crushed it! She was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything she was doing.
The best part? I didn’t even feel a pinch! She made the whole process quick and painless, taking my blood like a true champ. It’s clear Tonya is a pro at what she does, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and care.
Thank you, Harker Heights Medical Home Lab and Tonya, for such a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs lab work done!

they told me theres no such thing as appetite stimulants, and prescribed me antidepressant, for being underweight, and for my headaches. an antidepressant known to cause headaches.

My daughter has called for an appointment several times a day for about 4 days now and no one picks up the phone. I have called myself and it rings until it finally reaches a voicemail.*** Apparently my daughter received a call back from Harker Heights Medical Home, but since she was at work, she missed it. My daughter calls back not even 10 minutes later, and again it rings until it reaches the voicemail. Beyond irritated. ***

So efficient! Between appointments for my kids and myself, I've been here many times. Check-in is quick and appointments start on time. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. My PCM is amazing! (So is her nurse) She goes above and beyond for her patients. The pharmacy also gets you in and out quickly.
