Donation Drop off staff were so friendly; I had my car filled to the brim with dozens of donation stuff from kindergarten to now, and in 3 minutes he had everything unloaded, he was awesome super nice and friendly!

There is a very rude employee working there (she wears blue contacts), I believe her name is Trini (that is what is showing on my receipt). I have been several times and every single time she looks like she does not want to be there. She doesn't acknowledge customers and is unfriendly to put it kindly. I asked her a question and she looked at me annoyed like I was bothering her. This happens with every customer she comes in contact with, not just myself. The manager should have her take a refresher course on customer service or let her go, she is bringing a negative vibe to the store and from reading other reviews it looks like other people have also complained about the same person.

Staff very helpful. However, it’s a shame they have to work in slave-heat conditions. The air conditioning hasn’t been working or been on (not sure which) in the outer store all summer. Customers would stay longer (and thus buy more) if the atmosphere were more conducive to shopping. Once I start sweating, I’m done!! I bet the AC in administrative offices AC work. Also, all Goodwill prices on yarn are overpriced. They price it the same as at Walmart!

It was a very nice experience, they have a very nice manager Samantha who assisted me once or twice, and well employees. I personally would recommend this store if you're going thrifting, on a budget ect...

2 employees were so kind, finally found out why Goodwill tried charging my credit card $116 to pick up/give away my couch. It's a 3rd party that picks up furniture & that's why they charge. I did notice that store is very nice, clean & looks like new store that you buy new items from. Wow!

Went to drop off some clothes and they were SO NICE and made me feel like I was doing something very special even though I was just donating some clothes. Greeted me and made the process very easy.

Go to Walmart.Went to find picture frames, they had frames for 2.99 and up, that were falling apart, had broken glass or no backing at all. One frame was 10.99 just because it was in original packaging. Noticed that the same generic wine glasses you see at Walmart are priced the same. Nothing on the shelves is organized, or easy to find. It amazes me how much Goodwill will charge customers for DONATED items. Not worth your time. Buy your stuff new.Employees seem nice though!

Zero stars isn't low enough..poor management..psychotic manager on power trip and verbally bullied/shamed single mom in front of entire store..inappropriate behavior towards children from management..manager involved in shady dealings..this place needs to be investigated..wouldn't go back if you paid me to shop there..heart of tx goodwill not supporting the clientele that truly need these stores-most prevalent at this location

Goodwill should do a double check at what's really going on at this location
