I went to the harker heights Walmart and I probably am not going to say her name right Kayla was the one that took care of me and she did an excellent job I went shopping we ended up having hard time getting things crossed over on the computer she had to get her manager involved and she just took the time to get it all done and taking care of she did an excellent excellent job and I give her a number 10 if I could

Don’t do taxes here. This lady (manager) was talking to her coworker about her wild life while filling my taxes. My taxes had errors. It’s a job so not a social club. Customer service -10….

This review is in reference to my surprisingly positive experience at Jackson Hewitt! I was having my grandson's 2023 taxes prepared. He had multiple jobs and many W-2' s in addition to being part of the Health Insurance Marketplace. I was fortunate enough to have Kendra Hicks-Gillespie be the preparer. She was knowledgeable, patient and able to answer any and all questions I had. Professionalism and customer service seems to be such a rare commodity in many of today's experiences but with Kendra it was spot on and I could not have been more pleased with the attention I received. The outcome was not as I had hoped (no refund) but Kendra made, even that, less disappointing.
She comes highly recommended by me!
