So thankful for Kay !! Every time I have came into the Harker Heights location she has always been so welcoming and helpful. I have been getting my jewelry from here 4-5 years and Kay has always been so thoughtful with each piece she has helped me pick out. The experience with her being there has always brighten my day and made it worth buying from James Avery

This store has the best service. I’m always immediately greeted with a friendly welcome, and if they can’t help me right away, they acknowledge me. If I’m returning to pick up a special order and the salesperson who helped me sees me coming in, I appreciate being recognized and my order ready for me to look at when I get to the counter. They’ve helped me choose jewelry pieces and made recommendations. And I don’t know any other store that lets me get a new pair of earrings (at a reduced cost) when I’ve lost one. As an earring girl, that’s an awesome plus!

Very first time at James Avery. Nice store. Waited a LONG time & was almost looked over as being next to be served, had we not said anything. There was only three associates, and there is a sale taking place, so I figured it would take a while. After spending over $200, I came home and created an account, online. With the information taken at the store, I thought it would have linked/located my purchase with my email/phone number. Nothing displayed. I Googled if it could be manually added to my online account. The AI response came back that it could. I would have to contact customer service via phone/online an provide transaction information. The response I received was that it could not be added. Also, I later learned they offer a military/first responder discount. I was not asked at the time of purchase. (Not all places offer discounts) Could have saved a little bit.

So I've taken my jewelry in for cleaning and repair .. 2 different times my jewelry did not get cleaned .... I give them plenty of time 3 or 4 days .... the machine does not get the jewelry completely cleaned sometimes you have to do it the ole fashion way ..... ( use some elbow 💪 grease ) ....... I don't think ya'll are to busy to give some customer care to your customers jewelry .... and I was gonna purchase 2 more pieces ...... Think I'll go to Austin ..... Don't forget that without the customer there would be no James Avery ...... Have a nice day ..... No I don't need my jewelry put back in the machine

Myself and my teen daughter are JA lovers the Harker Heights location I will no longer be going to. On 3 different occasions I had to deal with Jennifer and she is point blank RUDE! To include over the phone! I spent $400+ recently picking out my charms on the paper and was followed the entire time she hovered over my every step! Totally made me feel uncomfortable! I will NEVER shop there again! I will go on Fort Cavazos or just go to Dillards

While son ran in Barnes & Noble, I spotted this store, and having not been in one in decades since we’re not from Texas, was so excited to go in. Despite the foul smell outside, the store was clean and amazing inside with very sweet staff. Such a great assortment to choose from. Love it!

THE WORST JAMES AVERY I'VE EVER BEEN TOO! Everyone got helped but me and my family, none of the employees were welcoming. Jennifer checked me out and didn't seem too pleased, they didn't greet us, gave us dirty looks like I couldn't afford the jewelry. I PURCHASED two separate items and Jennifer bagged it all together nor did she ask if i wanted a gift receipt. This was a mothers day gift and im highly disappointed. I felt rushed and looked down at. Will NEVER be going back to that location. They only like the non colored folk and it shows.
