I recently visited this Kendra Scott store with my children and fell in love with the experience. Lori was my attendant and not only did she make me feel welcomed, but she went above and beyond, helping me customize this beautiful bracelet stack, for half of what I would have payed at another jeweler. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. Kendra Scott has a new customer!!! Thanks, Lori ?.

Amber was amazing since the minute we stepped in. She was truly genuine and wonderful while helping us. Now the lady working with her, I’m not sure if a manager, the tiny blonde one left a bad taste in my mouth. If we declined the other offers - she turned her head the other way and wouldn’t make eye contact. Then would say things passive aggressively. Not good sales practices. Thank you AMBER!

Today I walked into the Harker Heights location and was never greeted. Walked around for about 5 more minutes and still of the two that worked there, neither of them tried assist. They were more concerned with the lady that was there celebrating her birthday. Which is understandable but it did not take both of you to assist her.

Buyers Beware, I went to purchase my wife a bracelet and a necklace for Christmas but I was never explained the refund policy. So, I gifted my wife the jewelry for Christmas and she decided after seeing the jewelry she didn’t want it. She thought the price I paid was definitely not worth the price for some fake gold jewelry.After Christmas, I returned to the store to get a Refund and I was told that Kendra Scott does not give you a refund you can only get store credit on a gift card. I was not explained that after I made the purchase. I was very upset about that policy because I didn’t want to purchase anything else from Kendra Scott because I find Kendra Scott jewelry overpriced costume jewelry. It’s not real gold I was told it was 7 times Gold plated. How ridiculous is that.All I can say is be aware of the final sales tactics because Kendra Scott do not stand behind her products because clearly if she did there would be a refund policy. Her products are affordable but it’s just costume jewelry so it’s her name bottom line that you’re paying for. Majority designers have a refund policy but this is basically a scam and the employees do not tell you the refund policy because they’re working on commission. You can literally find better at Claire’s jewelry store.These products are made in China in bulk of cheap cheap quality and sold at a high end price and bottom line you can find the exact same thing or better in Chinatown.I should have known something from the moment I entered the store the employees are not wearing name tags or some sort of uniform to identity Kendra Scott. And, what’s strange is that a couple of ladies working and playing manager are being a bit snooty and for what. You’re selling fake jewelry so stop with the Attitude. Especially the manager with the short hair, you’re are not working at Tiffany’s.I will not recommend Kendra Scott products to any of my family of friends. Such a terrible experience and I will never go back.Buyer’s Just Beware when you make purchase it’s Final because if you change your mind and want a refund you will be sadly disappointed.See below.***Eligible items may also be returned at your nearest Kendra Scott store for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of receipt.****Refunds are not honored or available!!

First time in a Kendra Scott for my friend's birthday and wow I loved the selection! I loved that I could choose my own stones and styles and metal color. A unique experience. The staff was really great and very helpful! We were treated to mimosas and snacks as well. My stylist was Chanelle, she had designed a beautiful pair and then I was able to hand pick the exact stones I wanted. 15% discount for the party but they also offer teacher, military, first responders discounts as well as their famous 50% off birthday reward. I would definitely visit again!
