I was pleased with my facial it was actually the best facial experience I have ever had. Makeya was amazing her technique, her attention to detail and her professionalism was impeccable.I will definitely go back and book with Makeya. Great customer service as well.

Ms. Lisa was AMAZING. It was my 1st time here and I would go back to see Ms. Lisa again because she was that awesome. She applied the right amount of pressure and was all around great.

I finally went after months of contemplation based on the Google reviews, but I really needed neck and shoulder tension relief, had so many credits, and decided to book an appointment with Sam. She was amazing! I felt immediate relief. I was called the day prior for appointment reminder. The inside from the front reception area, waiting room, and massage rooms were extremely well maintained and clean. The ambience was as it should be. I'm pretty upset at myself for waiting so long. Lesson learned!I do have a membership from a Hawaii location and receive a military discount. I recommend the owner of this Massage Envy do the same since the area is predominantly military...unless things have changed when I inquired about transfering my membership to the HH location.Give them a try!

This massage envy is the most difficult location to deal with, having used several. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location. Honestly the hassle is just not worth the mediocre massage when there are so many other affordable options in the area.

I have enjoyed every service I have received here fro massages to facials. James (really hate he left) was my go to for a light relaxing massage and Lisa is my absolute go to now for all types of therapies. She is absolutely amazing. My only complaint is the turn over in office n front desk staff. It would be awesome to have people who know you and your preferences.

Boo boo service. “Get your hand out of my pocket!”I booked a walk in appointment for a certain time. After walking in I was informed that my appointment was accidentally booked for the next day. Instead of being solution oriented and squeezing me in on the same day, I was told in short I was SOL.

The massages are always relaxing. Sam does a wonderful job of working out all the kinks, and adding lavender CBD enhancement just makes my time more soothing.

I have been a member for over two years. I was diagnosed with a blood clot and under doctor orders to not receive massage anymore because of the blood thinners they put me on. I came in to cancel my subscription and they had no forms on hand so they had to print them off, however they had difficulty with the printer and I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for the two young ladies to figure it out, which is not the issue. When given the form, they asked me to sign and did not explain anything. I asked if I could still use my built up almost three hours of massages, they said yes up to 60 days. Then I get charged the following month full price. I called into today to ask why, the female who answered explained that it takes 10-15 days to process a cancellation and if you did it at the end of the month you would still be charged. I then proceeded to ask how can I transfer my packages to my daughter since medically I cannot get them anymore. The female explains I cannot because I would have had to request them before turning in the cancellation form. Therefore, I have now lost approximately over $300. I stayed with this poorly ran franchise through the contiguous overturns of massage therapists to be taken advantage of financially. It would have been nice to be informed that I should transfer my packages prior to cancellation, especially when I explained at the time I cancelled my medical condition. When I am released off the blood thinners in eight months, I had planned to go back, but after this stealing of my money, I will be going to EcoBlu instead. I suggest you spend $75 a month and go there for better service and to not be taken advantage of. Thank you Massage Envy for giving me lecture material to teach on business ethics and the reason it is important to train employees on proper protocols and customer service. I will chalk up the money to an educational and professional lesson.

Two stars is being generous and that’s only because I fully believe there is great staff under a few bad apples, but the spoiled ones ruin it for everyone. The front staff is always nice but the place is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I have went in twice for a skin care appointment and each time I was told that the items I needed and or the items that come with my service were not in stock but that I would receive a call when the products come in. When I didn’t hear from the team a week later, I knew it was in my best interest to cancel. I called the Harker heights office because I filled out paperwork to move my home location to the HH location 2 months ago and somehow my paperwork has still not been processed according to the man who answered the phone. So as I was explaining why I wanted to cancel I was hung up on. When I called back there was no answer. I do not recommend this location unless you’re okay with being walked all over. Remember YOU are the customer and make sure YOUR NEEDS are being met. Spend your money at a local spa business rather than this franchise.

My experience was super pleasant! From the moment I was greeted by front desk to the moment I left I felt so welcome. I’ve never had a facial before and the staff was patient with all my questions. They explained every step as the appt moved along. I would definitely want to get another facial ! If you’re thinking of giving a gift to someone I recommend this place.

When there would be a zero star I would give it! The two girls on the front desk when I came in are not trained at all. I ask some questions there couldn’t answer, because like there both said we just started the job. There seem to have no interest in a customer!!!Another lady walked in and showed me then the flyer there have. I said great I take it with me, she said I need to make a picture of it. What???? She suggested to go to my car and get my phone to make a picture. I canceled my appointment because I don’t feel save with them

They are the best. I got service done twice both Tabita and elicia were equally good. There entire staff last time and this time was very nice and professional. I am so happy I found them for my skin care and I highly recommend the company to everyone.
