3 times in the last month I have been to Murphy's to buy gas and cigarettes and there has been a closed sign in the window saying the power is out. This is usually between 5 and 8 pm.Whatsup? The power is on in the rest of the businesses in that neighborhood. The overhead lights are on and the pumps work if you use your card . Somethings fishy!!!

Kandice is very rude & shouldn’t be in customer service. I watched as she serviced 3 people and never said a word. I gave her $17 for a purchase that cost $15.44. The correct total of $15.44 didn’t pop up right away & since she wasn’t talking to any customers today I gave her the original amount. After seeing the correct amount, I told her I gave her too much money. She puts all the money in the drawer anyway & tells me I need to wait for her to give me my change. Ma’am, there was no need to put the additional dollar in the register. You should have passed it back then handed me my .56 cents the only “change” due! You should not be serving customers if that is not your thing!

Attendant Dakota is rude. Played on his blue/purple iphone the entire time. Caught an attitude when i asked if I could lift the unlocked cage to grab a soda. This is my third time dealing with him. Find another closer please. He's gotta go.

You have a time bomb that is going to go off sooner or later. At noon today I went to your place to buy two cartons of cigarettes as I have for the last 10 years. The young man said they only have one. I then ask for 10 packs off the shelf he then stated say PLEASE, I said I will not say please again. He then told me I get nothing and told me to leave.

This place is the standard of customer service. No, they might not always be so happy to see you, but you get what you need promptly with no fuss. The area is always cleaned & organized, fluid to clean your windshield, clean bathroom signs up for bad pumps & so much more. The best part of the Murphy experience is meeting Zenobia. Her name is so beautiful pronounced correctly & her customer service is a step above the rest. I already enjoyed stopping by this location to stack my reward points. Now I encourage anyone to stop through, get rewards, & receive great customer service from Murphy's finest starting with, Zenobia.

Sierra is the rudest person and most psychotic employee I have seen in all my years. I tried to use a coupon and she started making fun of me saying “I don’t understand math” when I went to take the coupon back she threw my money at me and slammed the window door on my hand very hard and told me she was going to call the police. This is very bizarre and erratic behavior from any company’s employees. When I called to ask for the managers phone # she again threaten me “ if you call here again I’m calling the police” I hope she gets some customer service training and a psych evaluation sooner rather than later. Have correct change when you go, she doesn’t like math or go somewhere else to avoid getting belittled and physically abused.
