Went in to ask about a credit card with my wife. The agent "William" (over wieght white guy) decided to talk about me to my wife when I went outside to my vehicle. My wife is from another country and doesn't speak English well. I did not realize large organizations hired such unprofessional people.

If I could give zero I would. Came in to withdraw money. Instead, the gentleman today wanted to go more into my account to discuss it. Sorry, but if I wanted to discuss more about my account, I would want it to be in a private area. Not be around others to hear.

I refinanced my truck with them. Better interest rate. Had my loan approved and check in hand in less than 30 minutes. It's easier than dealing with a bank.

Very difficult to deal with local offices in Central Texas areas. Policies for direct deposit changed since this account was opened. Staff pleasant, but not very helpful.

I don’t wanna cuss anyone out but people at this office don’t care about their customers at all. I gave some paperwork to that fat Latino or Caucasian dude with glasses on in his office but he NEVER processed it. I feel like he was racist or biased or something. I’m losing a lot money right now because of him.

Navy Fed Credit Union Bank has had a positive experience throughout our family's military lives. Their fees are cheaper than USAA, friendlier, more efficient and satisfying. Yesterday I had a wonderful experience getting 3 things done in person with a bank service member named Darrel. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and got my wire transfer, debit card and join account information done within 35 minutes! Please give this young man a raise!

y’all’s new 24hour deposit policy sucks. And everyone has rated y’all poorly due to it so if y’all want to keep your clients that use y’all as a financial institution I would change it back! Because it’s ridiculous for y’all to keep our money!

Horrible customer service for Navy Federal Avoid this branch. Go to any other Navy Federal in town. Every time I come to this location, there are long lines and 1 teller even at lunchtime, with a line out the door 1 teller.Always hour plus wait to see someone for anything in service. I've had to leave a few times over the years because it just took to long. There is no coin machine, and they are either too lazy or unwilling to count. They offer zero service for loose change. They want you to hand roll it in the lobby. There is nothing on the website or listing about it. This is the only location at any branch at any base in 15 years that refused to cash in a large handful of change?

I keep depositing my paycheck every 2 weeks and for some reason every time I deposit my paycheck NFCU places a hold. This time they are holding the majority of my check for 11 day!!! I have bills that need to be paid and a cat to take care of with no money!

I have been a member of Navy Federal for over several years and Navy Federal has allowed someone to steal $400 from my account and says their hands are tied and they cannot get my money back they are making no attempts to do anything they said they are investigating but no one talk to me I have provided them all evidence that I was not at the place of business that have made these charges to my account I have asked them to allow me to sign any paperwork that I need to sign so that they will go after the criminal Merchant that took the money in fraudulently charged my card only giving me excuses nobody from the fraud or investigation department has contacted me while they're investigating and all they can say is they cannot retrieve my $400 this is a horrible experience my account has been negative I have been cannot transfer money in because fear of it will get taken Navy federally Navy Federal Credit Union has utterly disappointed me and my family

Went this morning to set up an account the lady that assisted me told me it would be faster to upload my documents online to open account. I asked her three times is that the fastest way she said yeah . To go home to upload the documents and talk to a supervisor over the phone to tell me the lady lied to me . They are rude and don’t really want to help you . I been with navy federal for 12 years and this was the worst experience I ever got in my life.
