I’ve interacted with Michele, at the register several times, and each time has been disappointing. She tends to be quite rude and seems to lack basic customer service skills. Her attitude makes for an uncomfortable experience.

I recently visited the Old Navy store in Harker Heights and had a disappointing experience at the checkout counter. Despite my gift card being activated and verified by the helpline, it wasn't working on the machine. The cashier, an older lady with white and grey hair, displayed a cold and rude attitude, lacking any empathy or assistance. Instead of offering help or a friendly demeanor, she simply moved on to the next customer. This lack of customer service and professionalism made me leave the store feeling frustrated and unappreciated. I hope the store management addresses such issues to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

Michelle team lead saw me up front waiting since no one was at the registers so I had to approach her for help. All I had was a return and she offered a horrible experience in that no pleasantries and appeared frustrated. No thank you… I can help - Handed me my receipt no words used….Michelle it’s okay to smile & it can go along way - It is the holidays cheer up a bit.
