I signed up over the summer and have enjoyed every bit of it! I have NEVER been into taking fitness classes, but OTF changed that! OTF mostly does cardio/HITT exercises, so I think it's more ideal for those who are trying to lose some weight, maintain their weight, or build endurance. I highly recommend joining OTF for those who are beginners, need that extra push, or have tight schedules, but still need to get a work out in...it's only an hour :) I wish I would have joined years ago!

OTF Harker Heights is a very inviting and friendly gym. Shout out to Nikki who makes everyone feel welcome! Love her!! There are so many shapes and sizes of people which makes it easy to walk in, accept myself and get a great workout in. It's a work at your own pace and listen to your body type of workout. The coaches are motivating and understanding. They are there for you!! If something aches or doesn't feel good, the coach is eager to give a modified exercise. If you're a person that gets intimidated or nervous, I highly encourage you to at least give this gym/workout a try. I've tried a few locations from living elsewhere and traveling...Harker Heights is by far the BEST!!
