Camille certainly makes all the difference. She has helped me with a multitude of issues, from fleas and diarrhea to correcting my pick-up order. Once, she saw me walking out the door empty-handed and called me out to take me to what I needed but couldn't find. She is amazingly kind and understanding. My furbabies are better for it. Thank you, Camille, for your support! I always look for you when I need anything.

Wow! I will never step foot in petco Harker heights again. Took our yorkie there for a wash and grooming. The lady with the nose ring was just rude. Took his vaccinations paper and didn’t talk to us at all. Payed attention to everyone else except my wife and I. She behaved like a pissed off old girl friend. Then she grabbed a fine tooth metal comb tried to jam it in his hair from rear to front. Said he is matted and has to be shaved. First of all my wife combs, and brushes his hair daily and bathes him weekly. We took him in because we wanted a wash and trim, he is almost 4 months old. No professionalism at all. We took our dog home. They are not the only groomer in town.

signed up for the vital care rewards a few months back, was not told it would be some year long contract being charged monthly, was under the impression i could cancel at any time. of course calling customer service they take 9 times telling you they’re unable to cancel it and you have to keep it for the year, until you threaten to leave a poor review then they actually say oh yes we could have cancelled it the whole time, and cancel it. not to mention that OF COURSE i tried to cancel online first, but they make it so hard to even find the location on the website to cancel and then you finally find it and the button to click does not even work! WHAT A SCAM!!
