The store manager is very Loud and disrespectful; The regional manager need to teach her how to use her professional voice and manners. While there she spoke to me very disrespectfuland noticed how she talks disrespectful towards the employees as well. All the negative energy at this store will more likely have me choose another store rather than this store.

*OPEN AT 11:30AM**I feel sorry for the GM and management of this location. If you don’t have a good team the “restaurant ship”, sinks.Unfortunately they are fully submerged underwater, disguised by overgrown weeds.??

Read all of the 1 star reviews. They are all true. This location is horrible. The staff prioritizes drive thru customers. It took a long time to even place my order. Meanwhile, there were 3 customers that came in from the drive thru complaining that their orders were messed up and wanted refunds.Food: My food was terrible. I got a surf and turf meal for $7.99. That was the saddest product I have ever received. I understand It's 4 of butterfly shrimp, but I swear they put the smallest of pieces in the box. The chicken was so dry and seems like it was under a heat lamp for an hour, and the re dipped in the fryer. I paid for my food and went over to Canes to get a chicken sandwhich.Service: Horrible. If you want food, get in your car and go to the drive thru window.Atmosphere: I kept stepping in sticky stuff everything I took a step. There were trash on tables and it looks like the tables were next wiped down. Overall, no employee cares about the dinning room, including the managers.Overall: Experience was terrible. I have lowered my expectations for fast food now because of this facility. And I will not give this establishment any more of my business.

The service here is so bad. Horrible. No one greets you. They’re out of everything you want a few hours before close; assuming because they don’t want to cook anymore and I make that assumption based on their apathetic attitudes.

We pulled up to the speaker and had to wait until after 3 vehicles ahead of us got their food and left before our order was taken. Cashier kept repeating he'd get our order in a minute. Finally ordered 8 pc spicy chicken, just chicken, 1 reg leg, 1 strawberry biscuit and an apple pie. At the window we were told out of biscuits and asked if we wanted it taken off. Really? Why would we want to pay for something we weren't getting. When we got home we had the driest, saddest reg chicken leg. Our 8 pc consisted of 1 breast, 1 wing, 3 thighs and 3 legs. What kind of chicken is that?

Worst place in Harker Heights to get food. Service is a joke over 40min in the drive through. The people talk to you like you’re scum for even wanting something to eat, that would make them have to do some kind of work. Will never eat here again, and will ALWAYS speak poorly about this location to everyone I know and meet.

Parking: Have to go through drive thru to be told they are closed at 8:00 pm and had already waited 15 minutes! Lobby not open because workers didn’t show up!Kid-friendliness: This place had went down they are never open ! This placed should be ashamed!

Rude and did not have anything I asked for to order had to go elsewhere to provide the rest to complete the order the residents in a nursing home asked for. Had to go to the store to grab the condiments they wanted.Rude,Rude and no care in the world they were out of everything that was requested on the order. Good thing I didn't place the order for pick up or delivery.

Most workers are lazy, unkindness. Some employees do not know how to count and do not match what was ordered. What if there were competitors?

Not sure what is it about this place and its employees. But I have purchased food here several times. And every time I make a large order they always forget to put everything in the bag. Not sure why this is an on-going issue. The first two times I just went home and didnt mind because I assumed it was a human error. But 5-6 times its a pattern. One time was a whole order box, the rest were either mash potatoes or the mac and cheese. If you order multiple things the bag has to always get inspected prior to pulling out the window because something will be missing. But I will say it has the BEST MAC AND CHEESE.
