I never leave bad reviews but I had an employee in Walmart located in Killeen switch my energy company from TXU to reliant without my knowledge, I had to go through hoops to get reliant cancelled and get TXU back and the customer service on the phone was terrible…the supervisor was so rude.

They’re very good at communicating, helping, and understanding, going over the different plans they have I would recommend anyone to get electric from them, reliant is a great company, I appreciate it them I just move into my new house and have them as my electric company!

Reliant is for the RICH & Famous. Their insurance provider fails to communicate with customers effectively. Airtron failed to communicate with me regarding my a/c issues. Reliant rates for solar pannels BUY BACK program is not competitive with other electricity providers.
